1. Lambert 2. Lallana 3. Harding These would be my top 3 contenders for player of the Season. It would also be nice to see Waigo have recogintion in some way too for the part he played in scoring goals at crucial times in the JPT Cup run that helped us win our first piece of silverware at Wembley for 34 years. Hope he gets a contract with Saints and is still with us next Season.

Definitely one of the best for me, I was working as a barman during Italia 90 and was lucky enough to see all the England games and most of all the others during this particular World Cup. I was able to have a lot of quick swifty half pints out back too. Never since Italia 90 have I been able to watch nearly every game of a World Cup, be at work and have many beers too all at the same time.

Take a look Avram Grant, take a real good look at that Creditors Report, take a look at how many businesses are affected by the gross mis-management at Pompey and try saying again how unfairly 'plucky pompey' have been treated... f*cking muppet.

'The Dell Classics' DVD's. Any further ideas for new ones?
Gigersaint replied to Colinjb's topic in The Saints
Wouldn't mind seeing the match against Spurs again at The Dell in 94/95? when we won 4-3. That was a tense game with the lead changing between us and Spurs a couple of times during the 90 minutes. It was a fantastic game at the time but it's been so long now and can only remember Klinsmann peeling away from our back line that I think pulled Spurs level at 2-2 before half time. -
I had several issues when I used to use Norton a few years ago, it brought my PC to an almost grinding halt and was also useless at finding viruses. I finally gave up with it when a particularly nasty trojan invaded my PC, I tried a few other AV programs (AVG being one of them) that also couldn't find it until I tried Kaspersky which did and removed it easily. I've had Kaspersky since and my PC runs perfectly now. From time to time on the odd occasion when I run Spybot as a further check that finds nothing either when it often would find loads of crap when I had Norton.

Pardew - "What are you on about? What dance off? This isn't The Roxy on Beat Street, we're here to win a football match!"

I've never seen Bournemouth as a rival to us at all, only ever seen Pompey as our rivals. Don't know why a few Cherries fans try to make out a rivalry exists when it clearly doesn't. If anything I've only looked at their results in the past hoping they do well, I've never had any issue wearing a Saints shirt in Bournemouth either, whether I've been in the High Street, on the beach or even in a pub down there, something I know I couldn't do in Pompey.

I think it's a few pages in on the Honourary Lions thread.
-
And with only 10 men too!?
-
As with Millwall last night , I will be an honourary Stockport fan next Saturday! Hopefully with a much better outcome!
-
Really impressed with Saints this season and the mentality that Pardew has instilled in our team. Love it that we now have that "Never Give Up" attitude that can get us late winners while down to 10 men too as we have today.

That Exeter game for Huddersfield provided we're still in with a chance by then could be absolutely crucial, Exeter is not going to be an easy place for Huddersfield to get a result given their position at the moment. They could be fighting to stay up and throw everything they've got at them to do it. Although Gillingham could do the same to us

FT! Phew! My nerves are shredded!!

Love quotes like this, just lately it turns to our favour!!

Gettt Innnnnn.......YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!

Come on Saints, throw everything at them now!!!

Come on Saints, snatch a late winner please!

Bugger, I had a Sega Saturn with quite a few games and traded it in at EB for a Playstation. Would have kept it if I'd known it would hold a bit of value. Still, I've got a SNES somewhere with Donkey Kong Country and an Amiga 500 with 1 MB Memory expansion... going to keep that though for when I want to play Cannon Fodder, Flash Back and Beneath a Steel Sky again in the future.

Whether for the right reasons or the wrong ones Ince is, and probably always be another one of footballs known characters. He'll no doubt crop up again somewhere. Especially loved the Viz p*ss-take of Ince years ago when he was still playing for Man Utd, each question with multiple choice responses... if you answered "F*ck Off Ref!" to each off them the Viz response was "Hi, how tricks Incey!":D

Another good one Scudamore, just for the inclusion of that great Le Tissier free kick past Nigel Spink in the final minutes against Villa at The Dell I think puts it on par with the Sean Bean one.

Was looking around on You Tube earlier amongst all things football and found this gem I hadn't seen for a long time. I loved this Ad on Sky in the new Season build up back in the late 90's and don't recall any better than this one since... Brilliant Ad that captures every thing I've ever felt as a football fan. Anyone know of any others?

Haha, WTF? Who the **** are they to us? Why do they even think they have a rivalry with us? Sad. I used to quite like Bournemouth and used to be pleased to see them win. Not even sure why they refer to us as the scum or scummers when we have no history with them to call us that? Probably best just to pat them on the head and shuffle them back off in the direction of the beach.

How frustrating was that, the one game when you want Millwall to win and they don't turn up. ********, ****ing ****s.
-
Come on Millwall!!! Really hope they can go out and get a result at Huddersfield tonight.
