What an utter clown Barton is. MOTD2 have some really s**t pundits, Phil Neville etc.
-
Agree. Pelle gets battered most games and gets little change out of refs, but today was ridiculous.

Cracking win, little moment of history. Seen us hammered or concede late goals so many times against these. Defensive masterclass again. Even with previous successful Saints sides, we've focused more on the attacking side, never seen us with a defensive set up of this standard. Can't stand Van Gaal which makes it all the more sweeter.

I still think how gutting it'd be if we just get pipped on the last day and even more so if its by Spurs and/or Liverpool.
-
And as with the first time you stated it, no-one took you seriously.
-
In support of Pelle, pretty much every striker misses chances at times. He scored some cracking goals out of nothing, that most other strikers wouldn't manage. Dzeko is a better player, but that's not particularly relevant for this thread.

Who stitched Abu Hamza up with having his sentencing done today of all days http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-30754959

That it is easy to call a journalist's decision "foolish" once he's been shot dead, a bit harder for them to make the call as to which controversial pieces they should run with and which they should drop.

Top class right backs with years of Premier League experience are at a premium. If Clyne leaves, I can't see it being for a cut-price fee.
-
But that's what I'm saying. Loads of controversial articles can be considered foolish in hindsight.
-
Did surprise me how they went from a long injury list to only having one player out in the space of a few days.
-
You think more out injured than stated?
-
But my point is, what else could be deemed ill advised? Should a publication avoid publisihing any article criticising a religion, if they fear it could possible attract an attack. Where is the line to be drawn?
-
Of course he was brave. The cartoons might not have been a wise decision, but what about a critical article of Islam for example? Should publications avoid publishing them through fear of murder?
-
I'd rather Shaw wasn't playing. He's still a very good left back, especially compared to their other choices.
-
Plenty do seem to rate Clyne though. It wouldn't be surprising if they put in a serious bid for him. In other news, sounds like Shaw is going to be fit for them, be interesting seeing him up against Clyne.
-
Pity Cardiff fans didn't boycott and bother kicking up a fuss when getting to the Premier League.

I'm glad to hear the Leprechauns, Elephants and Ted Bates statue are giving you solace whilst Islamic terrorists cause chaos in Paris.

It's the hardest thing in terms of building and managing a squad; having good enough players as back-up, but keeping them happy enough with sometime occasional playing time.

Not seen the interview myself either, just saw on twitter (I think) photos of Bianca Westwood interviewing him. Don't now if that's for something tomorrow or Sunday's coverage. -
You'll have people on here wailing and crying now you've posted that.
-
I obiously agree with it, nice try again

How am I backtracking on Gervais? Nice try in making things up to try and make your point
