Exactly. Would be nice to see some loyalty from him. Where was the queue of top clubs angling for his services in the summer of 2012? When he rolled up out of shape in the September?
-
What is it with these modern day footballers, sticking up these soft little pictures on social networking sites, behaviour of a 15 year old kid, not a so called top professional. Bunch of soft c**ts.

Well on that basis Boruc will always be established and more experienced in the Prem, so you'd never pick Forster. On what basis would you select Forster then?
-
How would that work? Why wait for Boruc to cock up? Either Forster is considered better or he's not.
-
How would Forster go about earning his place on that basis?
-
There's a pretty obvious reason to rule him out, he hasn't been involved in a single minute of our pre season.
-
You're going to be disappointed then I'm afraid.
-
Why not just play our best team? And that definitely includes Steven Davis.
-
Schneiderlin isn't going to start.
-
Yep. Not a bad team that.
-
We won't start wth Ramirez, not away to Liverpool when we're looking for a solid start.
-
Will Long start? In place of Isgrove? And Gardos on the bench I reckon.
-
Still enough other ways around it. Wouldn't even be that much a few in a cab straight to the ground from Borough.
-
True, but still easy enough by train, changing at Clapham Juncton.
-
And we struggled at tims as a result.
-
The problem we have is keeping someone of Cork's ability happy as 2nd choice. It is probably the hardest thing for a club our size, to effectively build a squad full of depth.
-
He hasn't been a great player for us. Pretty good throughout his time with us and I would be genuinely sad to see him go, but "great"? No.
-
Can someone be bothered to compare it to the West Ham squad? Go on, I know you want to.
-
What an utterly pointless, meaningless article.
-
I would be very sad to see him go, I don't know about a victim of bonuses, but I think we're the victim of trying to have proper squad depth strength and keeping players happy, the same will happen with Boruc I guess. Far more difficult to build a genuinely good overall squad than it is to build a genuinely good first XI.
-
The decision to keep or sell him should not waiver on what has happened to the other players. Personally I think he should be made to stay out of principle. Gut feel is he'll go for as you say £17/18m, interesting thing will be if it goes through prior to the start of September, and what happens to him if the deal doesn't go through by then. I've got a feeling reading between the lines of recent press releases that Spurs may have to off-load some decent level players if they're to stick in a significant bid for Schneiderlin, so they need to get a move on to unload Dembele etc.

That's not much of a convincing argument though, we really need at least one of MS or Cork as an absolute minimumin the squad, Taider is in no-way an adequate replacement for the pair, regardless of being a decent player.
