Well if you don't believe him, you don't believe him, that's fair enough, not much else to say is there.
-
What did he say to do that?
-
What is wrong with that statement?

Would a loan not be an ideal interim solution to get some quality in while waiting for Rodriguez to get back to full strength?
-
The club have obviously decided to take today as an opportunity to get out there and try and re-assert their message. It could still be more bluff and bluster, but I've got a feeling what Krueger is being fairly truthful with what he is saying there. We'll know the truth soon enough either way.

Yeah, too right, we don't want any of these public guarantees of players staying do we, what a joke!
-
Yeah, sounds pretty fair and rasonable all told? Can anyone put up a summary of what he actually said?
-
So how many of you are really washing your hands of saints?
Sour Mash replied to doddisalegend's topic in The Saints
What is the point? Same as its always been. Go along, have a few beers and a laugh with your mates, cheer on the team and hope for a win. Same as most fans/clubs. -
So you think we were proactive in the sales of Lovren and Lallana to Liverpool?
-
Was thinking exactly the same thing myself. He might have managed things a bit smoother, but he could well have expected a healthy return of profit as well once the original 5 year scheme was up.
-
Why not? Wouldn't surprise me if they did.
-
Exactly (apart from the ridiculous prices).
-
we probably didn't plan/expect to sell all these players.

The thing about MP being sacked by NC was reported by Adam Blackmore.

French jornalist Romain Molina says Liebherr wants to sell
Sour Mash replied to Bewildered's topic in The Saints
Main reason why I'm cynical on this theory, far too much risk involved. Also, why would Reed, Kruger and Koeman be complicit in the process, unless they were each getting a sizeable chunk to keep quiet and help out. -

Pretty poor taste comment there. -
French jornalist Romain Molina says Liebherr wants to sell

Katharina Lienherr is not going to stay at the club forever. The question is in what way, under what requirements and at what specification will the club be sold? Is it simply a case of she'll listen to any offers that come in? is it a case of we're actively going out to source buyers? Is there a big scam going on currently to get KL some cash to make up the difference she feels she can earn (unlikely to me). None of that is really clear. As I've said many times before, there aren't tons of good, trustworthy, seriously loaded investors/owners out there waiting to sink £100m into a football club. -
Exactly, three months of hints of something special, but nothing ITK in the end.

Morgan and Jay to Follow According to Simon Peach
Sour Mash replied to brett24's topic in The Saints
He's making it up from the obvious info already out there, isn't actually 'ITK'. -
What are you going to protest about? Football players being sold between football clubs? What do you expect it to achieve?
-
That's the forum for you. Got to be angry or excited, nothing inbetween.
-
What difference does our support or otherwise make? I don't know of any Saints fans yet that are buyng Chelsea shirts and tickets for their CL games. Most people don't really care either way.

Did you take this up with Ralph when you met up with him?
