Just seen an interesting snippet on twitter from Adam Blackmore of Solent - that Cortese wanted to sack MP in December and had to be talked out of it by senior players. Not sure what to read in to that.

BUt its still the same principle of bigger clubs with more money, dominating over smaller clubs with less money. No-one complained then.

In the bloke's tweet it doesn't suggest that the under soil heating is new. There could be a technical reason why it's installation is useful and would make the groundsmen's lives easier.

Agreed, something I consider to be the case. Also if NC had stated he did not believe in borrowing and had given the impression to KL that it would be the way he'd run the club.

So one random party members makes a complaint to the local police and they (wrongly) visit the person who wrote the tweets - that's the fault of the local police who should have told the caller to get lost, it's clearly got nothing to to with UKIP as a party. I suppose this young lady that has left the party has got a long list of examples of racist behaviour and policies from UKIP? What's that? Just empty conjecture. I'm sure the board do want to build on it. I doubt Kruger came here to just faff around in lower mid-table for a couple of years. It's just a case of what guarantees MP wants. Is he happy to stay if we sell Lallana? Does he want £30m net spend this summer and we're only offering £18m? Who knows, but there is clearly a game of poker going on here and I think MP is playing us along a bit at the moment, which is fair enough for him, he only has one career and wants to get the most out of it.

What about it? It is still possible. I still expect us to have a good season next year, I'm not stressed or worried like so many on here. I don't think things would have been so different if NC was still here.

What does that mean? What is the definition of ambition and guarantees in this context?

Because his suggestion is things would some how be different if NC was still here, I'm simply asking how and why. I'm sure it's an easy enough question for him to answer.
