  1. I'm not sure what that has to do with my post?
  2. No it doesn't stop or slow the game as much as a video review. At what point would you stop play to review the decision?
  3. No way, it would completely kill the game. At what point would play be stopped?
  4. In what way? Sh**e, pointless song, their support is better than Chelsea, Arsenak, Spurs, Man Utd etc. The Premier League is generally hard work and our support was dire, I thought we played well, everything considered, wasn't a fair final score line.
  5. That's obviously not gone up at the Training Ground.
  6. Adam Blackmore of Solent Sport said he had been briefed by the "previous regime" that Saints has paid for players outright and he was therefore shocked by outstanding transfer fees to be paid - maybe this was something that NC did across the board and was caught and challenged by KL? She wasn't happy with the way NC was running the club and spending her families money it seems.
  7. I think you're missing my point; we're not going to be playing Bayern Munich any time soon in a Champions League Quarter Final.
  8. Yeah, how would we get on against such a good Bayern team
  9. Great city. Try and take in a game while over there.
  10. If you don't think the 89/90 or 02/03 seasons (for example) were good times, you're probably following the wrong sport.
  11. Fair play to you for continuing to support a team for 25 years that you considered tin-pot, must have been a tough stint.
  12. Saints home kit is a red and white striped shirt - hopefully we'll be returning to that this summer.
  13. Which 13 years did saints not wear stripes as home kit?
  14. Agreed. Makes you wonder what we could have actually picked up with the Osvaldo money and wages?
  15. What is an 'allrounder'? This isn't cricket.
  16. Who has personal agendas? In what way? Has anyone stated they have a problem with NC being a hard task master or wanted him to be a "Mr Nice Guy"?
  17. But these statements don't suggest we need the money. Could be a case of preparing fans for a summer that won't see us spending £20/30m on new players, which is a bit disappointing, but not the end of the world if we keep our squad together.
  18. As others have stated, when has Cork played in that position for us? Do you understand Davis's role in the team for us?
  19. Why would you do that?
  20. Not really. Usually Newcastle would take block 43, this time we sold it out - good support from Saints.
  21. I think the statements from the club this morning have answered that one.
  22. Not too bad figures all considered, but does suggest that NC was a bit lberal with some of the spending - can understand why KL would want greater checks and balances. How can you spend £30m on a training ground upgrade? When will that be open and ready? Better be bloody impressive!
  23. Interesting - what was the reasoning behind that rule/law?
