  1. Why? Playing Tuesday, followed by a Saturday isn't too unusual for players. It's not like we've had a massive cup run or european football to contend with this year, or even have a team that plays a load of internationals.
  2. Has anyone else seen the pic Fonte put of his leg on Instagram after last night's game? Assuming it's a real pic I can't see him being involved much on Saturday.
  3. Because they were a bit small-time? They weren't bad support, fair few stood and made a bit of noise, but a lot of lower league type songs for most the game, like a Crystal Palace lite.version
  4. It's one of the better new grounds and near the City Centre that contains some good pubs - there are plenty of worse away days in my opinion. Can't see us having many up there at all - short-notice, on tv, very high travel costs, a lot of people had already booked to do Hull when this trip came up. Can see us getting a draw, then winning the replay.
  5. Tough game, fought to play our own game and eventually got there for a good stretch in the 2nd half. Felt at times in the first half we could have gone up a gear. Both CBs very good on a night they were always busy.
  6. Yeah it's just that easy isn't it......
  7. I might be missing your point, but are you saying the city wouldn't have a mad couple of days if we won the FA Cup?
  8. The whole city would turn out for the parade if we won the Cup. That goes without saying.
  9. 'Crap trap' indeed.
  10. You do realise you are just proving the point in the openng post? Anyone that challenges levels of immigration are classed as racist.
  11. Why do you feel sorry for him?
  12. Don't get it, they were both rubbish?
  13. Ah, we've got United that day, could be well worth a watch otherwise.
  14. Probably right, though I won't be surprised if he kicks off again. He must be a bit embarrassed moving over here with his Mrs, new country, Premier League and only managing 6 months. Do Juve still need to play away at Roma this season?
  15. I've said before, most annoying thing about this is he's been rewarded for acting a ***t! Will be interesting to see how he reacts if he doesn't get that much playing time for them, he'll be behind Llorente, Tevez and Vidal won't he?
  16. The bloke is a tw*t. How much game time will he really get with Juve?
  17. He has been 'playing up' since he got here, could have been sent off against Sunderland and Villa at home, missing games here and there. Story of his career. Not sure how much game time he'll get at Juve or how he'll react to being on the bench.
  18. DellDays has had a 'mare on this thread
  19. So based on that, €20m is the max we could get for him in the summer, but could go lower depending on market forces.
  20. All fair enough points, but makes MP's comment from the other night of "One in, one out" seem a bit strange? Our squad is looking very light now. And the lift of a decent signing wouldn't do the club too much harm after the last few weeks.
  21. Don't think we're going to sign anyone significant, there would at least be some kind of rumours out by now with just over 24 hours left.
  22. Can't really be classed as cover can he?
  23. Maybe not a hate mob, but he did get tons of stick at times, a lot of it unecessary.
  24. Good servant who got some undeserved stick at times, but a good wage to get off the books.
  25. Can't see in the article on what grounds he is appealing? I thought the appeal had to at least have some legal grounds to do so?
