  1. If I moved to a foreign country, I would expect to be in a minority. Living in my own country, I think it's quite reasonable not to expect to feel like a minority/outsider.
  2. Palace under Pulis have been pretty hard to beat. So are we most of the time. I'm pretty relaxed that our results will pick up again soon enough anyway.
  3. Which teams in this league are "easy" to beat? Did you see the Man City v Palace game? Probably only a couple of teams can really fall into the "easy" category at best.
  4. I remember when Poland etc were brought in and we were told they'd be 100k max or something coming to live here! UKIP should do brilliantly in next year's European Elections.
  5. If true, and we've set the price at £8m, that is very much telling West Ham just to f**k off, knowing they're not going to stretch to that.
  6. Crewe.

When are the Society of Black Lawyers going to comment on the matter? Like they regularly do with Spurs' fans use of the word 'Yids'.

Are that many people really going off on one? I think it's a fair comment that we haven't been 9/10 so far, especially compared to the relative achievements of Everton, Newcastle and Hull.
  9. Have to say that line made me chuckle, glad Pap cleared that up for future reference.

This article provides a fair bit of background on the issue I thought http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/nicolas-anelka-quenelle-dieudonnes-la-2970567 Regardless of what Anelka meant by the gesture, it's a bloody weird thing to do to celebrate scoring a goal in a game of football.

    Yes.
  13. Well at least MP's comments sort of answer my question, so he was injured and now he's another player missing games due to being ill.
  14. If we knew Osvaldo was to be out for a couple of games injured, would it not have been better to accept his violent conduct charge straight away and get the ban out of the way at the same time?
  15. Was it Lambert?
  16. Yeah multiple times, plus 'You are boring' to Everton fans and 'Bale, Bale' every single time an Everton player went down.
  17. Frustrating game. We played well, as others have said, lacked some quality in the final third. Shaw should have maybe done for their first. Some right wallys in our end, spending the entire game singing cringeworthy songs.
  18. Copy and paste job, classic bitter scousers. I hope we behave exactly the same tomorrow, knowing it gets on his tits so much.
  19. Why do so many of our players miss games from being "ill"? Lovren's second away game in a month, Shaw has had a fair few. Seems to be something that is more of an issue these days? Over cautious from Saints?
  20. They'd be my shouts, Shaw, Chambers, Lallana and COrk all very good, Schneiderlin man of the match.
  21. From an outsiders point of view, I don't think Cardiff's problem is Tan or Mackay in isolation, but the fact that their working relationship is now completely untenable and that's affecting the team's performance - one of them therefore has to go and it's not going to be Tan.
  22. Pretty much agree with all that. If Davis is now fit, would we have him back in for the Everton game? Probably should do really.
  23. I thought the Gazzaniga stuff at the end all pretty over the top and awkward, but he did have a good game, and after a pretty tough week, you can't blame him for letting the emotions get the better of him.
  24. Cracking win, didn't expect that. Thought Cardiff and their fans seemed pretty much off their usual intense selves, was one of the easier visits to that ground this season.
