Not as much of a classic as the scoreline suggests, but a decent enough game, hopefully this will be the prompt to get us shooting in Prem games a bit more. Glad the club are taking the competition seriously, pity a few more fans didn't turn out though.
-
Would that be your attitude if someone kicked you in the balls one day at work?
-
THe club knew what they were getting when they bought him. Clearly very hot headed and could have got in trouble at the Villa game and sent off against Sunderland (I think it was). You have to accept at least one three match ban with him a year I reckon. We'll now get a couple of months out of him at best this season.
-
Well they've nearly named half the team there! Lambert and Gallgher possibly both to play?
-
Are we actually appealing though? Or just waiting for a judgement before we have anything to appeal or accept?
-
I'm actually with the club on this one. Distinct lack of respect from a match official towards one of our senior pros. Who cares if it makes us/Lallana unpopular? Ferguson and Mourinho have always been very good at creating a "us against the rest" culture at clubs, no good being thought nice and likeable all the time in football.

I wouldn't expect so. Tickets won't be £20 or lower either. Why are you asking me that anyway?
-
You won't be going to Wembley if we make the Final?
-
Who says that? Most people's preference is for a new/interesting away trip.
-
Fair comment from Rodriguez, he can't really answer the question too differently. We're miles off Champions League qualification at the moment though.

Tony Jimenez does the First Team Goalkeeper coaching.

It doesn't make perfect sense when trying to get a goal, as you can't score if you don't have the ball and Cork was proving to be the best at getting it back for us.
-
Hope we get a bigger crowd than the Skates do for their game against Accrington the same day.
-
Not everyone wants us to take it seriously, which is a shame. Should still be a crowd around 18/19k, getting rid of the Premier League fans and back to the hardcore that supported the club in the League One days.

Your point doesn't stand. He took off the player that was playing better and handed over the middle of the park to Chelsea.
-
He was playing better than Schneiderlin. If we're unable to win the ball back, we won't score or open up games regardless of who else is playing further up the pitch.

My point was why Cork specifically can't be trusted on a yellow? We don't sub every player that gets booked do we.
