  1. I think Celtic do want to sell to be honest that is quite clear, they want to cash in on him. One of the four parties will have to give in at some point over the next few weeks.
  2. That's what I've always done and anyone else I know that does these games. They're pay on the day at a small ground for a reason.
  3. Christ, no-one is going to arrive at the gates an hour in advance. It is pay on the gate for a reason.
  4. Don't know why people are always going on about the standard of coaching in this country, we've produced tons of excellent players in the last 20 years. Just this current young crop aren't great, happens sometimes.
  5. Edit: Duplicate post.
  6. Most clubs don't announce anything until the deal is done, we're not particularly unique in that.
  7. But if he doesn't play every week he will cause problems, hence why his attitude is so bad. No-one is going to disagree that he is a top player ability wise.
  8. Never had any problems at Man Utd? How did he move to City? Misunderstood? In what way? Aguero doesn't seem to have had a problem being understood.
  9. Not really applicable if he's not on the pitch, but on the golf course due to his bad attitude and is refusing to play or angling for a move elsewhere or a pay rise etc.....
  10. But his attitude is s**te, hence the low price.
  11. No, as they are arguing that the breach of copyright or whatever it is has happened in the UK, therefore it should be in front of a UK court. Load of rubbish anyway. Never see anyone drinking Budweiser these days, they must really be struggling with UK sales.
  12. Mayuka? Tadanari Lee? It's been more good than bad, but there have been a few that haven't really worked out.
  13. I think he'll definitely move this transfer window - Celtic need/want the fee now, his agent wants a payday, the player seems to want a move & more money and there enough clubs interested in him.
  14. I'd say 2007/8 & 2008/9 were hardwork, along with the starts of the League 1 seasons, Swindon aways, Huddersfield aways etc.
  15. Maybe Forren hasn't impressed MP at all?
  16. Yes, that's exactly what I mean.
  17. I don't think legally a contract between a player and an agent can bind a club to pay the agent anything. It would be very interesting to see how they manage the wording for that.
  18. Well I gues it'd be that theyd have to pay income tax on the money they get from the club, then VAT would be paid on the amount that goes to the agent, so a double tax hit could be argued. Sure it wouldn't be too hard to find a way around that if they really wanted to.
  19. This is a cracking quote from one of them "This worldwide appeal aswell is a myth. These games are forced upon English speaking countries who didn't ask for them." regards the success of the Prem.
  20. To be fair to MLG, it's hard NOT to wind them on the subject, they are a bit precious on there.
  21. Yep, as things currently stand, Cardiff would need to meet our £12m fee to Celtic, the £1m+ to the agent, plus whatever wages Wanyama is after. That'll make lots of clubs think twice.
  22. Reading that makes me think this now wont be happening for us. Hard to go on after those quotes, but looks likes he's definitely not going back to Celtic. He's potentially digging himself a bit of a hole here and playing a dangerous game with his career.
  23. I'd just like to say I was the first to predict this with this post http://www.saintsweb.co.uk/showthread.php?45365-Wanyama-bid&p=1719116#post1719116
  24. I think they already have from what I've heard.
