  1. Have the club changed their policy for this game? I thought we didn't sell tickets over the phone anymore?
  2. There are always spares floating about on the day before the game, if you're organised and know what you're doing, you can always get a ticket. If you're half-@rsed, you probably won't.
  3. I'm surprised you don't know, but to clarify, Serious Foul Play which is a Sending Off offence is classed as "a tackle that endangers the safety of an opponent must be sanctioned as serious foul play" - McMannaman's tackle did that, also "any player who lunges at an opponent in challenging for the ball from the front, from the side or from behind using one or both legs, with excessive force and endangering the safety of an opponent is guilty of serious foul play" - McMannaman's tackle did that. It's a clear sending off.
  4. See here http://www.saintsweb.co.uk/showthread.php?44459-West-Brom-Ticket-for-sale
  5. No, because one of the players - McManaman - barely touches the ball, but goes in studs up, two-thirds up Haidara's leg at pace - he doesn't clear the ball, he doesn't come close to clearing it. It's a sending off all day long, anyone can see that.
  6. He's right though, you've either lost the plot or are on some sort of wind up for attention.
  7. As are most clubs in the league, so what?
  8. All his answers are the same cliche, we're just going to concentrate on the next game and try to get three points, pretty much what Adkins used to say, but in Spanish and without the grin.
  9. How is this Saints related? Standards on this board these days......
  10. He does come across as bored and disinterested with all the media stuff and treats quetions with a bit of disdain. Bit rude, but I don't think it really matters. Don't know how anyone can sit through any of those interviews with all the translations going back and forth dragging it all out.
  11. When have we ever been "like that"?
  12. Don't think it will make any difference whatsoever.
  13. You've got to be joking. Or I'd suggest watching it again.
  14. Equally a doubt the player and/or his agent is happy with the amount of football he's been playing, could well see them pushing for a move.
  15. Depends who you consider our competitors to be I guess.
  16. Which tv pundits have been raving about Ramirez? I'd like to keep him, but I don't believe many thought our record signing that got everyone excited last summer would be warming the bench at this point of the season.
  17. No, half a block right in the middle of our end, upper tier, directly behind the goal. Filled up a bit as the game went on and people moved to stand with mates/get a better view or weren't able to stand where they were, but even then there were plenty of empty seats. No idea why, could be complimentary tickets not taken up, but we're talking at least a hundred here, club should have made sure they made it back onto sale.
  18. Annoying for you to hear, but there were tons of empty seats, nearly half a block in the upper section behind the goal.
  19. Our support were half awake and are definitely winding down for the end of season, always going to be an anti-climax compared to previous years. Swansea weren't bad, would say Stoke and actually Villa louder.
  20. Exactly this. Just look at our form since they've both been in the team.
  21. Don't think there is anyone doubting Davie's bouncebackability.
  22. How many games has Lukaku started this season? Can't be that many?
  23. Cheers, yes I missed the OP.
  24. Forgot about Bale, he should defintiely be in any team as well.
  25. Probably a good job you added that bit in brackets there.
