The problem has been on-going for a few weeks not, on top of the various other problems with our ticketing system, but thanks for your contribution.

Anyone know what being Honorary Club President actually involves?

In all seriousness, this new ticketing site/loyalty system hasn't been great. I know a lot like to mock the "fan on the board" concept, but stuff like this is a good example of the need for some sort of medium for fans to highlight and flag up issues that affect them to the club and for decent updates to be provided back by the club.

Our bookings this year have either been for diving or over-the-top goal celebrations, can think of maybe two for actual fouls?

Well get your ErrorInput string in the correct format and you won't have a problem. Can't really blame the club for that.

Yeah, been the problem for most people that I know; think it might have been discussed on the original Villa tickets thread on here and a few people said they'd emailed the club about it, but don't think we heard anymore after that. Another shambles though.

Yes, I agree that long-term he'll probably come good, would just like to see a bit more impact from him now.

But that's the problem, he's becoming less and less of a goal threat. Partly because we've changed the way we play a bit and partly opposition defences have got wise to the best way to play him, but Lambert is looking less and less likely to score from open play. What is disappointing is that neither Mayuka or Rodriguez particularly look like grasping their opportunity and forcing Lambert out of the side.

Just think Huth alone will mark him out of the game. Don't get me wrong, I wouldn't be "disappointed" to see Lambert playing, just would like to see how Rodriguez greater mobility would get on playing infront of Ramirez. Yes, Lambert is a great help defensively in the air, but that can't be the basis for choosing a striker.

Rodriguez in for Lambert. Guly wide left. Ramirez in the hole behind the striker.

Still not sure what Crouch has to do with this thread, but matters not. 'I think the last two games have been average allround so hard to judge just on those.' - it matters as the rest of the players didn't cost us £12m, hence the title of this thread. 21 isn't particularly young in this day and age, not too far off his peak, but yes, he can take a while to settle. 'Ramirez is the least of our worries' - again look at the title of this thread. How many other players have we gambled such a large amount of money on?

I thought Clyne has been poor the last two games.

Which Crouch deal is worth £12m? Think the last two games have shown Lallana is more of an asset than Ramirez

We need more than that for the money we've paid for him.

Thats the opposite to being fickle. Lambert has still been better than any of our other strikers this season.

Think at times we do miss the quality of Richardson and Fox's deliveries into the box that we had throughout last season.

How much did he actually do wrong today? Lot worse problems than Davis today.

Never thought I'd see a game where Steve De Ridder looked a better player than Gaston Ramirez!

He just seemed heavily involved. We'll have to wait and see.
