A test England should have won? Sounds like it. Hard part of the world to play cricket in, but sounds like England lacking in a bit of focus and application on this one?

Why? Pubs were packed at 9am for the cup game the other year, won't be too much different this time.

None of the places I was at were like that, all open as normal.

Pretty much all pubs were opened after the cup game the other year and that was no bubble. Only one's that might be are on their route out of the city (which we won't know until the day I think).

I said earlier in the week that my take on things was we might be sold on, but with NC pushing his project (and it is his project) on. None of us know, but I can't see ML's family holding on for ever now he's gone.

Hard to advise without knowing what your actual itinierary is? As you're based outside of the UK, have you looked at buying a rail pass if you're doing lots of long journeys by train?

Think you're right to be fair. With Palace/Boro/Posh games within less than 2 weeks of each other, something will have to give.

Of course we'll sell more tickets for Posh than Hull. No-one said selling 5k is "impossible". Just pretty unlikely. HTH.

They're still getting away with it, even now. Never before has so little punishment been given for writing off so much debt. We were -10 at the bottom of league 1, they're not even at that point yet. Yes, they obviously still have plenty of problems stored up for the future, but they're still using a half decent squad, one they can't afford, paid partly by you and I the tax payer.

We won't sell out 5k midweek at Posh. A lot of people already doing Palace and then maybe a long trip to Boro. If you think about it, only 700 made it to Hull.

Never really get why people are so bothered about him to be honest, some of the songs are a bit pathetic as well.

Half day already booked for this, then off Friday morning for the Boro game. Could be a half-decent week. 4.5k+ on a cracking old school terrace, what more do you want.
