I for one think he'll be an excellent signing and just what we need. A left-footed attacking player who isn't permanently injured (Holmes) or not flavour of the month (Puncheon). I've said for a while that we lack a genuine Left footed going forward and with Lee we will start to look more balanced. We always seem to sway right naturally as usually midfield and forwards are right footed

What the fek is a woman doing presenting MOTD?

I don't even need to answer that question, anyway I have work to do... -
awful player. Not rated by Reading fans. This really isn't the signing we need if we are aiming to challenge for promotion. Far to inconsistent and more luck than judgement

It may have been shocking marking, but it was

Thank you. At least there is someone sensible out there. I don't think anyone is disputing that D'Urso had a bad game, but the REAL reason we lost is because Lambert lost his cool and we couldn't defend.
-
Well it was a different linesman, they don't swap halves at HT

All I'm saying is that it's OUR PLAYERS actions which cost us the game, not the referee's. We made 3 costly defensive errors, all which happened to be by Cork (1 also by Davis) In regards to Lambert's red card, D'Urso heard the crowd's noise, turned around and saw Lambert fling his arm back towards El-Abd and make contact with his face, he was left with no choice. Lambert had no need to react the way he did. If he had just got up or stayed on the floor we might have got a free kick, which is in his range of scoring.

I don't get why people are blaming D'Urso. I agree he made some poor decisions. But the game changing decision was Lambert's red card, that wasn't D'Urso's fault. It was Lambert's. Lambert is the main reason we lost yesterday, we were in complete control until he needlessly retaliated. Cork also had a mare and was at fault for all 3 goals. I'm not defending D'Urso, but a lot of people seem to look through blinkers. Yes we probably should have had a penalty, but so should Brighton. Yes El-Abd shouldn't have bought down Rickie or reacted like he did to getting a hand in the face. But at the end of the day it was Lambert who made the conscious decision to retaliate, and in today's rules, if your hand makes contact with someone else's face, it's a red card. Whether it was meant as a "push off" or a strike is irrelevant

They did the same thing with Hammond
-
boring! I was hoping it would be exciting news like Forecast or Dickson leaving
-
Brighton also had a stone wall penalty turned down
-
so apart from being a fault for all 3 goals he played well yeah?
-
I'm not sure he did. He still shouldn't have reacted.
-
I was at the game an the Lambert red card was right infron of me. Cannot blame D'Urso for that. Lambert was a dickhead. No need at all. I'll discipline like that cost us. D'Urso was about to blow for our free kick when he turned round and saw Lambert strike El-Abd in the face. No complaints. If anyone deserves to get blamed its Lambert and Cork
-
Good Luck though. If you are near Brighton might be worth heading to the Amex, people may have some there that haven't looked on here
-
no disrespect but this thread is about as desperate as Arsenal re-signing Henry
-
All sounds very promising, as does Mr Lee. His goal scoring record is pretty decent too

The official unofficial January transfer targets thread..

oh god no not Kebe, anyone but Kebe. Awful player, no better than what we have. Reading fans I know would be pleased to see him leave. More luck than judgement. Would rather have Puncheon than Kebe -
who cares if West Ham sign him? They have enough ****e strikers (hence having 5 on the bench on saturday) I'd rather have 1 goal scorer like us than have 7 strikers who score not a lot between them
-
Good luck guys, don't get your hopes up as I doubt you'll get any. I have a ticket. Enjoy the game, will give you a report tomorrow evening

If Fonte isn't fit then we only have 2 fit CB's and one of them isn't a footballer

When does the yellow card count get automatically wiped out. For some reason I though it got reset on the 1st jan?

The nail has been hit. The team have no confidence in him and you can see their reluctance to pass him the ball. Makes it very hard to play our usual style of football
