This is what i want to know. my uneducated guess would be that if the creditors don't get their part of the deal that any one of them can apply for a winding up order. Judging by some of the predictions on here about how far out AA's CVA is, this would (in theory) look inevitable. I may have just posted complete rubbish but that's how I understand it

They may not add up and I may be wrong but I believe the person checking the accuracy of AA's CVA is AA.
