being reported on BBC news 24 now. She was found dead at 4pm this afternoon. I thought she was taking time off music to get her life back in order and trying to get off the drugs and booze. Obviously no one knows the cause of death yet but sadly 'drug overdose' is a strong possibility

Exactly, so why were you so quiet?

Christian militant actually Yes, there are actually extremist psychopaths who use other religions other than Islam to justify violence. It must be a real eye opener for you.

Just had my insurance renewal from Admiral. It was for £468. After telling them I'd got a cheaper quote elsewhere and could they reduce my mileage by a couple of thousand miles, they renewed it for £403 and knocked 100 quid off my voluntary excess. Definitely worth haggling!

It's an illustration of how poorly regulated the football industry is at the moment. One day the bubble will burst, I suspect it'll be the day when either the Sky/PL marriage ends or Sky end up in serious financial difficulties and the clubs with big debt, serviceable or not will all come tumbling down. It's a long way off yet though

(Did you actually think he was being serious?)

No better than what we got already, we need players that will take us forward not keep us at the same level. Besides I'm happy with our current squad as it is

I'd have told him to not say that to me again otherwise I'd report him for sexual harrassment

Course they do. One of the terms really annoying me at the moment is when one or more of the directors are "working flexi-time". It's basically a pathetic attempt to justify why they can't get into work on time

Can't drink anything fizzy Also beer ordered from the Circus Tavern in Purfleet, that IS watered down **** I love vodka

Since Labour used that in the '97 election that song has always had a very different effect on me since. Funnily enough I saw the music video to Tina Turner - simply the best the other day. Have heard the song thousands of times but after hearing it for the first time in ages it really did remind of how inspiring that song was

I suspect this will be the first of their 5 loans for the season coming up. Expect Frank Lampard to sign in the next 2 or 3 days

bloody hell is that what he was quoted?! I knew it was bad a few years ago but it seems to be on a different level now! What their essentially saying on the most expensive quote is that their predicting he's going to write the car off every two and a half weeks in the whole year! A fine for driving without insurance is usually in the hundreds, it's so backwards it's unbelievable. They really do need to start scrapping uninsured cars that are driven on the road illegally with regularity, and nationwide. It's all about the no claims bonus though, my mate's lad has 3 years NCB, is 23 years old and just renewed his for £400

It's a very good question mack and one that is key to our season. When the attitude was right last season we were playing above our league and the signs were encouraging, hell we troubled Man U even. If we can carry that through to this season I think the top half of the league is a big possibility

you wanna see poor goalkeeping? Look no further than the African Cup of Nations http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F513D2vKjNw&feature=related http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C_WkgmHUr6c&feature=related (20 secs)

Yep, male teenager with zero NCB, insurance companies eat them alive. £1500 minimum IMO
-
Solid on his day but is error prone I remember hearing Awford moaning about how crap he was November last season
-
Any idea how many NCB he has? If he hasn't got any he'll do well to get a deal anywhere near £1500, I'd be looking at a couple of grand

Didn't follow it that closely but that Chinese girl has a lot going for her. To get where she has at 21 is pretty impressive to say the least I do agree the prize is pretty mediocre but then Sugar is egotistical to say the least. No question he's doing it to earn big bucks for himself

Messi was very quiet in the first two games and excellent in the third. pretty much summed up the Argies overall. I didn't see the QFwhere they went out but I think Uruguay defended brilliantly and Argentina weren't that bad in the QF As for Brazil the penalty shoot out against Paraguay summed up how good they've been in front of goal in this tournament http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ryU811jzgn0 I see also that Arsenal have apparently signed Joel Campbell, the Costa Rican youngster that looked very impressive
