Every car in France will have to be equipped with a breathalyzer from the spring of 2012. The announcement was made by President Nicolas Sarkozy in a speech on Wednesday. The new plan will force every driver to have a breathalyzer kit in their cars so they can check their alcohol level before driving. No help I am afraid to say, but I have just spoken to a plumber friend who has had over 45 years in the trade and he says he has never come across anything like you describe. However if you would like to pay for a return business class ticket he might come over and have a look.

Anyone heard of "Spawnbreezie and J Boog" ?? They appear very well known as fans were queing up for photos and autographs yesterday. Had a chat with them and their crews/band and they actually seemed quite decent blokes. I have never heard of them so treated them as normal people ( unlike their fans who were in awe of them ) and they seemed to like that for a change.
