yeah if true Mane wasn’t very bright, you would never want to rely on Wanyama to find you with a pass.
-
Have they mentioned what the knock on for next season will be? Presumably there is no way the new season would be able to start mid-August but, if things have settled down in 12 months they cant go on much more than mid May due to Euro 21.

Wow - good luck to him
-
I don’t see any reason for him to lie after the time that has passed to be honest

Under West Stand Bench seating there used to be a very distinguished looking gentleman with pure white hair and one of those handlebar mustaches. Never really said much but had a real bee in his bonnet about Peter Shilton. I dont think he ever forgave him for Poland's goal in the 73 World Cup qualifyer. Every single time there was a cross into the area anywhere near where Shilton should have come out for it he would suddenly bark "England goal keeperrrrrrrrrH" and you wouldnt hear from hi again until the next cross into the box

Interesting. I seem to recall that before lockdown was imposed you were quick to tell everyone that through a family connection in a hospital (your wife I believe) this thing was much much worse than the Govt were admitting to and that action should be taken immediately. Now your stance has changed somewhat. No surprise there I guess.

yeah we were caught up in the “Leicester must win the league” fever there
-
An over reaction from the whole world virtually not just the U.K.? Thats one hell of an act of pulling wool over people’s eyes isn’t it? .....in your opinion of course

its nice to see that after her faux pas with a mobile phone salesman back in 2005 that they managed to save their marriage. I suppose the trappings of a Premier League footballers lifestyle beat out the offer of 1GB of free data every month after all.

Yes get well soon Ronald. No more mayonnaise on your chips old son

Which three years of Saints history would you experience again?

Always said I wish I was older in 81-84 so I could appreciate them more so I'll stick with that. Wonderful times, it always felt like if we weren't 3-0 up after half an hour at The Dell you wondered what was wrong. Not always the best away from home mind but The Dell days made up for it. The Poch/Koeman years run it close however. -
which is the point Gary Neville keeps making, they are being led by money not health

Whether its a hoax or not its the only way i can see it happening anytime relatively soon and it makes sense that all players and club staff are isolated. The question is - Is football really worth all this ?
-
there was absolutely nothing to remember about Sammy Lee in a Saints shirt believe me
-
-
Does David Lee count as a striker, more a winger I suppose but bloody crap all the same
-
not even close

Best and McGoldrick were both pretty woeful but not as bad as Moody and Pericard. I don’t see how anyone can mention Shane Long in the same breath as most of the ****e listed in this thread. I would also give a dishonourable mention to Gordon Hobson, he was crap

Ive had to give up on the journo's questions after the daily Press Conference from Downing Street. They are all thick as. That bloody Peston idiot from ITV gets on my tits
-
played Saints over to the big boys now to follow suit
-
Its a effin bad day when I agree with Jamie Carragher

Yes, this bright, sunny and dry weather forecast for the next week is just about the last thing we need. Oh for those horrendous storms of a few weeks ago which meant people quite happily stayed in doors.

Charlie’s never usually that quick to catch anything !

Our media team are incredible, they always come up with something different. Looks like the BBC and news outlets have really entered into the spirit. Good publicity for the club
-
well that’s exactly why it’s a tough decision. Do you stop Liverpool winning the league? Although as funny as hell it would hardly be fair !
