Absolutely, and let’s be honest, if West Ham had packed their shooting boots yesterday that point would have been a distant hope by half time
-
I listened too and whether I lost it in translation or not I’m not sure but one minute he was saying we weren’t good enough, it was poor etc then all of a sudden it was on the fans cos we can’t expect them to win the league !!! Bring back big Dave ffs
-
You can leave it where you like but it’s 3 wins in 22.
-
That’s for sure. Huge gamble given the Stoke debacle.

Joe Shields leaving? What the hell is happening???

IF you did hear correctly I would suggest thats more bullshit from Ralph, as he's prone to in these pressers. All these signings from City, Its a bloody big coincidence IF that was true isnt it ? -

After only being here 4 months I’d say it’s pretty big news. -
If they bothered to read any of your posts they could add supported by imbeciles to their list !

Go back to the pressing game, be in the faces of the opposition, make it difficult for them. This tepid, ineffective style we are playing now makes us too easy to play against.
-
We need the minimum of 3 points out of those 3 games. Bournemouth away is our best chance cos whenever we go there they get over excited and blow any chance they have. I’m hoping for the same again.
-
It’s sensible if you get an older, experienced manager in to guide him and help him for a couple of years which I guess was/is the plan with the guy who’s come in as first team coach.

We are between 18 and 22-1 with various bookies to win Saturday if anyone feels so inclined 😇🤣
-
Mediocrity is one thing.....total shite is quite another
-
How much of this though is down to Prof Clever Arse insisting on playing one upfront throughout pre season and in the first game ? Who was to know that just 8 games in we would be on our third formation reset and he would decide to revert to two strikers which of course we haven’t got ?
-
Can’t wait to see Ralph’s plan to stop City ! 😱
-
Adams is definitely a support striker, having him as main striker is asking for trouble. I know he tries, he’s got the pace and he’s definitely been better this season but Adam Armstrong is not a Premier League striker and won’t be as long as he’s got a hole in his arse,
-
Umm, not just young players I suspect. There’s a reason Redmond went from being a shoe in every week come what may to not even making the bench, why Adams couldn’t get a kick towards the end of last season, the weird reluctance to start Stuart Armstrong etc etc. He is indeed a stubborn sod. I just wonder if he’s like that with his coaching staff how long the new First Team Coach will either last or run off and tell the owners that RH is impossible to work with? I wonder if Maitland Niles has upset him already? Might find out tomorrow.
-
its both BUT without the creativity the strikers situation is almost secondary except on the odd occasion they do get a chance there is even more pressure on them to take it.
-
He's had two weeks to think about it, so its almost guaranteed 🙄
-
Especially when you’ve got the whole county to pick from, what’s the point of him going up and down watching matches when he picks the same old same old. To have so many fullbacks in a squad then play Saka left wing back is just weird.
-
Well he is too big for us. From PSG to Southampton? Do me a favour
-
I do wonder what the owners will make of a manager who stated last season that he didn’t have enough quality or options yet when he is presented with 8 new signings to pick from (not counting the injured Lavia) he chooses a team that consists of 9 players he had last season and one signing apparently not good enough for the bench cos he doesn’t play Ralph’s way.
-
Yes, yes he does. Let’s not view him through rose coloured glasses now he’s gone. In matches like last night he was always as bad as anyone.
-
Long wait though, after Everton our next Sat 3pm game, at home, is 21 January……against Villa 😂
-
100%. When Ralph has time to think about things it all goes tits up. The owners have invested a lot in exciting, young players. Last night we play against a team low on confidence and quite frankly, awful. But instead of giving these young players their heads and telling them to give it a go what happens ? We revert to the players who werent good enough last year and leave them on the bench. The only one I felt sorry for was Djenepo. He's been covering at left back, learning the job and doing better than anyone expected. So what does Prof. Smart Arse do? Plays him as right wing.......unbelievable. He's now got another two weeks to think about things.......Everton away win incoming ? Please God no ! Cant stand them, cant stand Lampard, but expecting Ralph to learn from his mistakes is clutching at straws.
