i dont want to get carried away but 2 games 2 wins means were keeping the winning mentality and i can see us getting a draw vs ITFC, a game at the start of the season i expect a defeat.

I think playoffs should be are aim, and if we dont go up then we can still say we had a good season, my only fear about not going up this season is alot of people are going to be looking at lallana this year and the wolves west broms boltons fulhams are going to snap him up next summer if we dont go up ...

I think some fans are assumming because were not spending big despite MLs family having billions still is making some people think the family arent helping the club no more, but i think there letting NC run the club and will help out when needed, allowing him to make the club make money and run itself which i think lets be honest hes doing a good job of so far, 12 mill upfront for a player with only league one experience and we have spent half of that on transfers so far with decent players proven at this level. i think NC is going to make the club so much profit and income that were be one of the clubs that can do well with the new rules coming in place about fair play.

great player poor attitude and to be honest lallana and derider are better players and going to start ahead of him, but i would keep him as a back up if no one takes him, but the swap deal looks good for us experinced CB to go with fonte and RJ so we can loan martin out and seabourne to get some regular football.

leeds are a decent team only missing becchio from there starting 11 there be around the playoffs still with that squad even tho gradel was a **** hes still a class player and even tho snograss didnt get a look in again hes quality as well, there one of very few midfielders in this league along with lallana chambo and cork who would walk in most teams in this leagues starting 11.

great game everyone bar guly in 1st half were awesome davis only had one maybe 2 decent save/s to make all leeds tryed to do was hack us down like they did in the 60s/70s scare teams with there aggression. MOM could be anyone we done well attacking and in defence richardson done well to keep gradel out the game fonte and martin were quality at the back lallana was class as was DC.

I dont think hes done anything wrong over then sacking pards which now has turned out to be a blessing. ticket prices going up is because we dont have a bank rolling chairman now so we need funds to keep us paying the top players, also note carling cup tickets are ok priced for people who cant afford to go often because of ticket prices. whos not signing contracts at the club ? as far as i know the best players we have are all tied down for this season and next Lambert Lallana Etc..

Fair play to him to be honest hes spent time in the lower leagues getting a poor wage for a footballer, he worked his socks off last 2 seasons practising during the off season on his own at a park, hes 27 now and probs only has 5/6 years left in him at championship level before he would drop back down to league one may as well make some money out of his career, but im glad were focusing on players who wanna play championship football for a bigish club with pride rather then monies as the monies will come if they perfome well and help saints get a nice mid table finish or maybe even playoffs.

Evans is a decent player but Lambert would be number one ahead of him and to be honest banard or guly will partner him if we go 442 with DC and forte getting sub appearances. we may only sign a striker if LB goes down even then i doubt now after NAs comments about forte we would sign anyone upfront.

I thought this would be good news for us in which it can be as it may take a while for there replacements to gel into brums team, because there get 12 mill from there top 3 players foster jerome and dann and get in 3 top championship replacements for about 8 mill leaving them 4 mill profit from transfers, plus they could offload ridgewell for about 2 mill if they were desperate for more cash and get in a loan replacement. I Think there still be a playoff team where as 4/5 weeks ago i expect them to be top 2.

I don't think we need a CB at the moment Fonte and either RJ or Seabourne would be fine and martin will be fine for the 2nd half of the season after a loan spell at a league one or two team, i think are piorty is to sign a winger so cash for him would be better to sign someone incase AOC goes, because if he does Lallana and DR are going to have to stay fit as Holmes can do a job but hes injury prone and not going to offer us anything decent against the top 7/8 teams. maybe a new striker would be nice as well unless NA has improved Fortes finishing over pre season.

Davis has to start the season at number 1 and its his to lose, bart deserves to play in the cup games get some experience and then push on this is last year he can develop and become a top championship keeper so he needs at least 7-8 games so next season he can be our number one.
