This is the most dislikable Saints team I can remember.

I’m wondering whether he’ll need to move on to get regular matches. I know he’s been injured but surely with all of their attacking talent he’s down in the pecking order.

They can offer whatever wages they like, he’ll never win a meaningful trophy there.

I wouldn’t say they’re out of relegation trouble just yet. Unlikely but not out of the question.

They got the same amount of points (two) as we did over the Christmas period.

He’s the type of player who will get the fans off their seats. He’s the player we want Redmond to be but never will be. Those ‘warrior’ players tend to be central defenders or midfielders anyway. One of them in defence would be great.

Reading his French Wikipedia page, seems like he was mostly on the bench and last year had an operation which kept him out of action for a while. So let’s not write him off before he’s even arrived.
