This has nothing to do with his family at all. He already earns mega money that allows him and his family to live a life of luxury. An extra 100k a week won't change that.
Nobody on here begrudges a player's ambition and their desire to compete at the highest level, but others have done that in a way that is respectful to his current employer.
I hope his "head" is in the right place when he next visits St Mary's (if we do sell him), because the abuse he is going to get will go beyond anything Lovren got.

Exactly, you don't hear Man Utd fans going on about how massive they are and how many trophies they've won. That's because, as England's most successful club, they don't need to mention it. Everyone knows they are a big club.
