If Puel has been speaking to other clubs, presumably that means that he either a) has already been told we're going to replace him or b) wants to leave

On the other hand, Puel knows the French league better, and of course took Nice to 4th place before he came here. Ranieri was at Monaco but they had mega money. Puel would be the safer bet I reckon.

5th June is over a week away. So if he does go, then that at least gives us time to find a replacement. We don't want to go the whole summer in managerial limbo.

Even if I was going to lots of games, I'd still be looking at the bigger picture - things behind the scenes, injuries, etc. Personally, I'd like him to stay, but I would understand if the club did decide to make a change. Having said that, Puel will need a quick start next season. He has said himself that he wants us to play more attacking. By the way, my 'egg on face' comment wasn't aimed at you.
