  1. This should be a nice clear stream http://ripple.is/football/6439-southampton-vs-everton
  2. So much for boring Puel How have Leicester ended up with a central defence of Morgan and Evans???
  3. World class comeback
  4. Fairish assessment, although we were a little unlucky I thought towards the end - we missed a ridiculous amount of penalties for instance. I think he'd thrive back in France, there must be a whole host of Ligue 1 teams lining up to take him.
  5. Hope they do sack him, they'll be relegated by next season, can't stand Leicester as a club. Like us, they'll soon find out that it's the squad that needs an overhaul. Miracle really that they beat Man City and Chelsea with an ageing set of journeymen. Meanwhile, Puel will ride off into the sunset knowing that he has a whole host of Champions League teams waiting for his signature. Marseille are struggling right now, they'd be perfect for him.
  6. Cedric isn't very good, it's quite simple.
  7. Thanks for the feedback, much appreciated. It all sounds good, but some of this should have happened ages ago. I said in the summer Puel left that the squad needed a mass overhaul. Fan village sounds like a good idea, I know some won't like this but if it helps attract new supporters then it's all good. Also good that the city council appear to be actively working in support of the club. I have no issue with Hojbjerg leaving (as long as we replace him well) and it'll happen eventually, but I'd rather we didn't sell to clubs in this country.
  8. We should win this, there's a lot of discontent around Everton right now. They expected to be nearer the top 6 but, as predicted, their manager has completely failed. Their fans (some of the most deluded in the country) aren't happy at all. They've won a couple recently but have been unconvincing.
  9. True, still annoying though.
  10. Laughable that people suggest otherwise. I like Gunn and I think he'll be a big player for us but Macca comfortably our number 1.
  11. That has ****ed me right off. Not Redmond's fault at all, I blame the defence.
  12. **** me can we not see a game out against these lot?? Much improved attacking performance in the second half. Elyounoussi's best 45 minutes for us.
  13. Elyounoussi is genuinely awful. Don't know if it's just a lack of confidence or lack of ability, hope RH can fix him.
  14. BBC pundits love to hate VAR for some bizarre reason. BBC football pundits are comfortably the worst out of anyone. Give the rights back to ITV, their football coverage is so much better.
  15. Anyone know how many tickets have been sold? I imagine the fact it's on BBC might keep a few away who otherwise would have attended.
  16. Sunday to Wednesday isn't an unfeasible turnaround.
  17. They're dropping like a stone. They won't go down but they're not as good as their deluded fans think they are.
  18. Although they seem to have improved today. Perhaps Silva took a few pointers from his opposite number after being taught a footballing lesson last time out at Goodison.
  19. I'm worried about the lure of Everton's historic dugouts. There will be a vacancy there soon.
  20. Exactly. Liverpool are already out, one of Arsenal and Man Utd are definitely going out, we've got a chance I reckon.
  21. It's nice to finally put a face to Heisenberg.
  22. He was completely anonymous, he's not the same player he once was. They need a replacement for him.
  23. Had to rush into Central London after the game so couldn't post my immediate thoughts, but I'm here now so panic not. What a brilliant result! When the red card came out I thought uh oh, then when they scored I thought wow we'll be lucky to get a point, but this team, under this manager, continue to surprise me in a positive way. Leicester were too predictable but they need to stick with their excellent manager and get rid of the stale players! Vardy is past it, Morgan a carthouse, others were poor. The squad needs refreshing, ship out the deadwood, keep the manager and they'll challenge the top 6 no issues whatsoever next season. They'll get 7th or 8th no problems. We will stay up, I PRAY and HOPE that we try and go for the FA Cup. PLEASE let's go for it.
  24. Haha what a half. Leicester have been awful, can't string two passes together. And just when it looked like they had the momentum and an extra player, the unthinkable happen and Mr Prolific snuck in. Just got to see the game out now, park the bus, dirty tactics, and if possible try and get Chilwell sent off.
