Just sell him. Use the money to rebuild the squad.

I will accept that Ralph has his flaws. Lack of plan B and our inability to lay a finger on teams in the final 20 minutes of games is an issue. I'm sure he's aware of that though. We weren't like that at the start of the season - think to the Chelsea away game. And even in the December period where we weren't playing particularly well, we at least got draws and clean sheets (Fulham and West Ham) I do think the players mentally are fragile and quite frankly the squad needs an overhaul. I've been saying it for a couple of years, it's obvious to anyone. That's the problem, not the manager. Changing the manager will not change that fundamental issue. Back Ralph, give him the money, let him overhaul the squad. And if we have to sell Ings to fund that, so be it.

I cannot believe what I'm reading here Allardyce 😂 Hodgson 😂 Howe 😂 Jesus wept. Hassenhutl is here to stay, the club back him, accept it. He's here for the long haul. We've seen that at our very best, he's got these players ticking. We're in a bad patch but he'll turn it around. Thank fuck those at the top making the big decisions have more brains than some of the posters here Still laughing at the thought of sacking him for Allardyce, Hodgson or Howe hahahahahahahahaha

Djenepo is a liability sadly. We got progressively worse as that game goes on. Just highlights we have a terrible squad and sacking the manager won't change that. Nobody does any better other than Puel. Why is Minamino out in the cold, though. Don't get it.

Park the bus, aim for a drab 0-0

In fairness, I thought Leicester were pretty poor themselves. Neither team played well, they just got lucky. -
If only we hadn't sacked Puel eh... I don't blame Ralph, I blame the players. They didn't show up. I think mentally our team has been weak for some time and we need to get rid of most of them. You can't always blame the manager...

That was particularly bad. We must be the worst team in the entire world chasing a game. The big players didn't show up, simple as. Centre backs played well; defensively we were decent. Other than Armstrong, the attacking players were really, really poor. -

Our players do tend to motivate themselves for the big occasions, just got to hope they're competitive. If we lose I can accept that, but not like on Monday. If we turn up we can win. -

I wonder if he'll go three at the back... I'd be inclined to play Salisu anyway. Bednarek needs to do what Vestergaard did last season, come out of the team, work on the training ground, come back better. He's badly out of form. -
1 win and 2 draws.

FA Cup final I'll buy a flag
-
Yeah exactly. Granted there have been far too many bad days at the office for anyone's liking and we have to improve, but also, let's not forget where we were when he took over. Some perspective is needed.
-
Let's see where we are next season. If, as we are led to believe, this transfer window we will be active, then hopefully there will be improvements. No point in being rash. After all, we had the same morons on here crying Puel out and we ended up with Pellegrino. I was right then and I imagine the more level-headed amongst us will be right this time.

We should win this one. Win and we're up to 12th, which from the defeat against Brighton is very much a step in the right direction, as we're better than lower mid half.
-
Absolutely zero need to rest players. 6 days between West Brom and Leicester. The next game after is only 3 days so maybe rotation for the Spurs game
-
Oh absolutely they deserve criticism. We couldn't keep the ball and defensively we were all over the place.
-
Going forward we look a million times better than against Brighton. Defensively we've been poor. Worst game KWP has played for a while. And as for Bednarek... I think it's time for Salisu to come in for him.
-
Finally, someone speaking sense on here.
-
I think we'll win. Ralph will have had more than enough time on the training ground to show them how to break down teams i.e. don't do what we did against Brighton and play at 2 mph.
-
No. We were brilliant at the start of the season, let's not forget that. It's just a case of being more consistent, and I reckon next season with more time between games, Ralph will work out how to achieve that. If next season we're still in the lower bottom half or thereabouts, that for me would be the point to look elsewhere.
-
I did it at the beginning of the season and it always worked!
-
Win tomorrow and does it make everything rosy? No, but at least the players will take some confidence. We despatched a Championship-level team in Sheffield United recently; we're better than Bournemouth, easily. It's up to the players to be brave and show that on the pitch.

Hope everyone boos at their screens when Lallana has the ball. Hopefully might be loud enough for him to hear
