Well, I'm sure the older generation of footballers must find it frustrating themselves that there was no money in the game back then. Of course Barton and Rooney don't DESERVE the money they're on, but it IS a shame that decent blokes like a cup final winning captain in Rodrigues didn't make anywhere near enough to be comfortable after their career, and end up on less money than most of us (lack of qualifications/experience probably not helping, as they were playing football!)

Judging by selling OXO and bringing in De Ridder and Cork, I'd say no, he isn't going for automatic promotion this season. It's currently a sqad of similar quality to last season. It does however, depend on who else is brought in.

How come the black population seem to be accepting the rioting is a bit of a black problem? I have seen a fair few interviews now from black people saying "I'm ashamed to black" etc. So there must be something in it, right?
