  1. Wycombe Wanderers are looking for a new manager. I'd be tempted if I were Gus...
  2. I have followed Saints all over the country. Not once have I seen any reason for us to be thought of as thugs. This is because we are not. The high police presence at our away games is because of the number of fans we take away from home. Incredibly, that brings more police. As for you saying we are fifth of the list of Banning Orders, doesn't that just go by how many have been issued from St Mary's?
  3. Tony Roberts was a cracking laugh. Shaking his rear at us, taking the **** back when we done the "oooooooohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh you fat b*stard!". Great sport and good to see him still going at this level at his age.
  4. - We are one of the biggest Clubs in the Football League. Hence we are that high on the list. - Our fans yesterday were fantastic and a credit to our club. - I think you need to get out more. - The "Olé, Olé, Olé, Olé" chant you are flagging us off for singing is actually Guly Do Prado's song. We sang it after he scored and towards the end just before they scored. We sing it to get behind him. It's called support. Stop slating your fellow fans and live a little bit.
  5. Can you name one decent thing he has done out of every minute he has spent on the pitch in a Saints shirt? Because in all honesty, I can't. Charlton fans couldn't wait for him to line up against them as they had him on loan and soon come to the same conclusion as myself. He's sh*t. Richardson on the other hand, from what relatively little we have seen of him, looks very, very good and I think we will soon be seeing why he was in the Team of the Year.
  6. (H) - MK Dons in JPT for the Atmosphere. A fantastic night. (H) League - Uddersfail 5-0. Cause I farkin can't stand them and that tw*t Peter Clarke so putting 5 past was a nice way to get back for the miserable day I had up there last season when we lost 3-1. (A) - Yeovil 1-0. A superb away day cooking in the heat of the sun in the terrace with a great last minute winner despite being down to 10 men. The formation of Jaidi at the back with Waigo playing Right Wing Back and every other f*cker up front payed off in the end.
  7. He could misplace every pass, give away free kick after free kick, get the ball and hoof it into the crowd, he could even score an own goal a game... I would still think he's better than Buttersh*t.
  8. Was self-employed up until a couple of years ago. Then the credit crunch crept in and I went from having work falling out of every nook and cranny to resorting to agency work, which meant sh*t money, sh*t jobs and 2 weeks of work here, 3 weeks of work there... Which when you have a mortgage and 2 little mouths to feed it just isn't an option. Which is why I know find myself working for a big nose c*nt who when I informed him I was off on my daughters birthday I was told "she'll have other birthdays." - Sounds like an innocent joke, but I assure you it was 110% serious. Add things like that to not getting bonus's for jobs that you were told you'd get, you get accused of over-booking hours when you have been stitched up to f*ck and had to work a 16 hour shift - even though the van has a tracker and they can see that on NEW YEARS ****ING EVE 2009 I didn't leave Bawnmuff til 22:00! Sorry, got carried away.
  9. London Rd 'Subway' sounds like it's a popular haunt for the Saints players. I once met David Prutton in there after the opener of the 05/06 season. He was on his tod, we had all been to the game, was about 9/10 o'clock and we were w*nkered. We got chatting while he was being served and once his meatball marinara was ready he came and sat with us. I don't think he realised prior to sitting down quite how plastered we were so he promptly got up and made his excuses. From what he did have to say though, was a smashing bloke.
  10. Good post. I'm an Electrician. I have 2 wonderful kids. A missus who is a fantastic Mum and does everything around the house. But thats because I work 70+ hours a week to pay for the f*****g house. The F*****g car. The F*****g bills etc etc etc. My job sucks great big smelly d*ck yet I'm up at 5 every morning and get home between 6-7pm doing the F*****g thing. Although I have had some bloody great times doing my job, the last 2 years I have really struggled. Like you said, it's just not fulfilling. There is literally NO appreciation for what I do by either my employer or customers. Nobody outside of the trade realises quite how f*****g much you have to know and how much thought and hard work goes into some of the sh*t we do. The problem is, now I feel trapped because I can't leave for a different avenue in life because I can't walk into anything that pays as well. Meh. Yeh i'm depressed already and I havn't even got past day 1 but as said above, so long as me, my kids, the boss and my family are as healthy as can be, I shouldn't be too downhearted. Just wish I had a better way of spending 70+ hours of my waking week.
  11. Another good one, albeit not one bit uncomfortable, was when I met Benali. My Birthday happened to fall on the same day as his neice's and my Brother was invited to her Birthday Party. It was a Pool party at none other than Franny's house out Chilworth. I had a Footy tourney so me old dear dropped him off and we set off for my Footy. Done sh*t so ended up heading home an hour before we intended so we thought we would go straight to the party as it was on route. Goes on in, the old dear says "funnily enough it's my big lads birthday today as well..." to which Franny's head pops up from behind the BBQ and says "Happy Birthday mate. Burger?" to which I kindly accepted. Made my bloody year that! Haha!
  12. Claus's testimonial v Celtic. Was on the beer from about 10am. After the game we went for yet more beer and bumped into the Norwegian fella who played the 2nd half. Got talking and found out that the after match party was at the Holiday Inn opposite the De Vere. With us being smashed out of our brains we thought it was a right good idea to try our luck. Walked down there and into the public bar, said hello to John Viafara, Jason Dodd and saw then saw Claus sat at the bar. Walked over and started oozing out total garbage. Told him he was my hero and what a wonderful night etc etc etc. Finished off by saying how it was funny how the last time we met, he was spilling a pint of Goldshlager (or whatever the f*** it is called) down his shirt in a drunken mess in Jumpin Jacks. What makes this meeting super uncomfortable, was that once I had finished, he looked at me and said; "That's great mate, now if you can manage to get into the suite through them doors you will be able to tell Claus. But I am Jo Tessam." At that point I decided I had had enough to drink and walked out to find a taxi, looking slot like this;
  13. The chances are, they also offered Tommy Forecast the chance to play in the prem.
  14. You don't change do ya!? EVER!
  15. I wonder if my neighbours would mind me opening up our 2 lounges...
  16. As modeled by the c*nt.
  17. I went for Lallana. He was so involved yet made everything look soooooooooooooooooooooooo splendidly simple. I would give him 9/10, however... I could have voted for any of; Lambert - 9/10. Great goal, but even taking that totally out of the story, his first touch was superb, his ran his heart out, was mostly dominant in the air despite (yet again) having arms wrapped round his face 98% of the time. He is very close to being the Rickie we used to know. Fonte - 9/10. This guy is the reason Jaidi looked good today. So many times he effortlessly mopped up where Jaidi got caught out and my golly gosh did we miss him last time out. Chambo - 9/10. Ran that poor old left back ragged. Starting to look the real deal to me now. Guly - 9/10. Would have been 10 if he had the slightest f*****g clue what to do when the ball is in a dangerous position. 2 good assists though and some great interlinking. They were the stand outs for me. As for the rest... Davis - 1/10. Just for his kicking. That is really getting on my wick now. Buttersh*t - 2/10. Good call Adkins in taking him off. Jaidi - 8/10. Although he scares the life out of me with his lack of legs and how he really lands Fonte in some trouble when he gets caught out, he was a Beast at times today and the header for the goal really was a great one. And the back heel... f*ck it, 9/10 for the back heel. Harding - 8/10. I'm a critic of his, but him and Lallana really looked good today down the left. Hammond & Schneiderlin - 8/10. Bout time we saw a perfprmance like that from the pair of them. Subs: Richardson - 8/10. Brilliant and 47293463 times the player Buttersh*t is. Chaplow - 8/10. Comes on, within 5 minutes booked for a clout round the back of the legs, but thats why I like him. Great little player who I really, really, really hope we sign up. Dickson - 6/10. Never got hold of that left flank but didn't do anything wrong either. Very, Very happy indeed. Great way to end 2010.
  18. He had more surgery on his hand last week but he could well play.
