  1. Not that I can see on their web site??? Only that he's "interested" but wages are a problem. Nothing about a deal being agreed. Don't know why AR-10 gets so much stick. If he's ITK then great, but there are plenty that have claimed to post "facts" and been wrong
  2. One thing I will say is, we used to sing OWTS much faster. We really should mix it up a little. A WHU mate even commented that it sounds miserable how slow we sing it. Sure the slow sounds good, but lets start fast too, to try and lift things a little. This in no way excuses the dire performances (Just trying to be constructive)
  3. It's a bit chicken and egg.... If the players looked like they cared, or showed some effort or value for their wages, then the fans would lift too. Yes the negative vibes don't help, but this lot would think a round of applause would mean they can take it even easier.....
  4. As opposed to the machine that is Shane Long who's scored 5 goals in I thinks 60 games since his 3million a year contract (paid more than Austin).
  5. Have I missed something? Manager said he was being "rested" last game, not in the team again but also isnt being sold according to the manager. On strike again or playing up? Not trying to start rumours but asking questions.
  6. Clearly the common denominator. Leicester under Puel were great. We were an embarrassing mess. Black has relegated every team he's been with.
  7. As already said, the only ones to benefit will be players and agents. Well see more of the behaviour of VVD as the gap between "have" and "have not" increases and clubs will risk more to stay in the prem, and go pop more if they drop out
  8. Can we have a poll??

    Yoshida v VVD

More Goals from less games...... Maybe we should have a "Long or Yoshida" thread?
  10. http://www.express.co.uk/sport/football/576133/Tottenham-Want-Celtic-Defender-Virgil-van-Dijk
  11. Cant help but feel that Eric Black is the common denominator.... We were cr*p last year, and despite sacking the manager, nothing has changed.... The only carry over is Eric. If the players aren't showing any motivation, it's up to the manager and his staff to get them motivated. Every team he's been with has either been relegated (Motherwell 2002 ®, Coventry (L1) 20/24, Birmingham 2007/8 ®, Blackburn 2012 ®, Rotherham (L1) 21st/23, Aston Villa ®or he's be relieved of duties (Coventry, and Sunderland 2 points clear of relegation (Sunderland had a good finish to 13th after he went)) while in a relegation battle. Ok, his clubs sold players while there, but Eric always seems to find himself in this situation. Maybe the players do like him, but I'd like my boss if he gave me an easy life too......
  12. Surely too early to pass judgement, he said himself he'd only seen the team 2 days before the match. Think it will be interesting (Pun intended) to see how things pan out..... If Claude has a storming time at Leicester, and we're still playing negative / pass along the back four football, then their will surely be questions of Eric Black (The common denominator). If Claude takes them backwards then it will show something more serious at Southampton......
  13. Not sure if it's him that doesn't seem interested, or the style of play. But I'd be surprised if he broke into a sweat!
  14. Sign this guy up instead! At least he's closer to the target.... http://www.msn.com/en-gb/video/viral/probably-the-worst-open-goal-miss-ever/vi-AAteJgF
  15. Now 237 days without a goal for club or country. Although his last was against the mighty Sunderland!
  16. Same Story in Liverpool Echo: https://www.msn.com/en-gb/sport/football/virgil-van-dijk-speaks-out-on-failed-liverpool-transfer-will-consider-move-in-january/ar-AAsQY9p?li=BBoPWjP The guy is a prize ****!!!!!!
  17. Shane Long is a turd of a striker. His shot accuracy is (Officially) lower than Cedric, Redmond, Davies etc, and he has less goals than Yoshida........
  18. Proving yourself good enough to be sold in 2 years to Liverpool should be enough to make you play well.....
  19. Certainly wouldn't think bad of someone who does boo him. He's been a tool and should know it. However, I'll not clap him when he comes on, and not sing his name anymore. If someone does boo him on his first tough then fine, but let it go after that.
  20. Try phoning the box office. They sometimes have a little flexibility
  21. No, because January will be 2018. We'll need a whole new 180 page thread
  22. Stop wasting posts!!!! So what was the "Thing" you couldn't talk about until your knew whether he was staying or going....?????
  23. He's a fat skate getting involved in something that doesn't concern him......
  24. Great News
  25. Yes, he said the day before the transfer request that there would be "Developments tomorrow"
