Weren't gold badges once saved for teams that have won something? ie Chelsea Champions league shirt etc??

Can I just say that while this is obviously very emotional for some people, to point the finger at who did what when most clearly dont know is not so good at this time. While I do have sympathy for DS getting hurt, none of us know exactly what happened (and I'm sure I'll get slated for this). But it may be that DS was asked to leave, refused, got physical with other person, other person pushed back in self defence and DS fell and hit his head. I'm not saying that is what happened and I dont really like Junk, but none of us here were there and if the bouncers were almost innocent parties caught on the wrong end of an accident it would be pretty poor to have a lot of finger pointing at them (I know most are meat heads but how many of us have just pushed someone back after they even barged into us, it doesn't take a lot for that to go wrong if that person falls onto their head....). All I'm saying is that we shouldnt pass judgment until people are either charged or we are given the facts and just concentrate on wishing DS a speedy recovery

As someone involved in Motorcycle racing we had a situation earlier this season where one of our riders was injured. At first things looked pretty bad but then it became clear that it was life threatening. Things can chasnge quickly, therefore the club should not and will not release a statement until there is something positive to say. Otherwise it is nothing more than we have on here (Speculation). We all know DS was involved in an incident so there is nothing more that the club can say. When our rider had his accident you will "lock the doors" to the outside to protect the family and party. Also any updates can only really come from them and the doctors will be reluctant to tell them anything until they know themselves. Fotunatly these guys are fitter than most of us so their chances of recovery are greater, and recovery times quicker than most of us. But hope he has speedy recovery
