This is getting too regular. Seventeen times I make it now and they need to get past the throat grabbing and sort it out once and for all. Indeed. People dismiss training as if managers pick players from highlight reels or Top Trumps ratings regardless of what they observe 5 days a week. I'm sure if he was outstanding in training he'd had played more of a part and we'd be thinking of potentially long term. Would appear not.
