Hang on. So it's not fair that a buddy of a STH (who may have attended less than four games or not at all), can't come to a big game to close the season, because those who have attended 4 games can. Yep, seems really unfair to me. I won't oppose it and it is certainly not a 'right'.

An unknown for you perhaps Bazza, but for anyone with any sort of knowledge or simple lack of ignorance with regard to foreign football, not an unknown. He performed well for Uruguay at the Olympics, makes the team regularly and had a good season in one of Serie A's weaker sides. But then again, to expect you to not be ignorant is probably an ask too far. Never mind.

I'm not questioning the YES/NO of the vote, I'm just questioning why 9,000 season ticket holders just wouldn't bother to vote.

I don't understand - why wouldn't you vote on this, even if it was just to say you were indifferent? For example if it were for 'Southampton Saints', would you vote - even if just to say you didn't mind? I really don't get why you would just not bother at all. It at least gives a conclusive answer.
