Some people are utterly beyond help.
-
Yep, I am going to persistently turn a blind eye to sh*te performances, clueless managers, crap transfer activity, etc for the rest of my life, just because we went into admin during the Spring of 2009....
-
We cannot keep a clean sheet, we have conceeded a record number of PL goals after 8 games. Keep that head buried in the sand....
-
Yes, less worry about a slight risk of getting an injury when we cannot play together as a team and cannot stop making stupid mistakes week-in, week-out. Sod the chance of a practice match to iron out a few things.
-
Slating the critics is getting really thin and tiresome. If you REALLY cant tell the club is in crisis, I feel sorry for you.
-
The Leeds we totally screwed on the first day of last season. Oh, and about 30m of supposed improvements....

Harry Redknapp to be named manager within 3 weeks

I'm still not at the point where I want to my club to whore itself out to that c**t, but the time is rapidly approaching. -
For all the usual happy-clappy suspects, WHY are we playing a "reserve" side, when to be perfectly frank the first XI need all the practice, all the help, all the confidence-building, all the opportunity to practice the system expected of them and all the opportunity get used to playing alongside each other that they can get. I really dont get the club strategy, phillosophy and direction at the moment. For me the club resembles a headless chicken or a ship with no-one at the helm.

11 changes, and nobodys on the bench. F**king joke.

Realistically how many points do Saints need by New Years Day

17-20. -
Wasnt specifically getting "hectic" with you, this "aint good enough for us" or "aint good enough for the PL" arrogant attitude is very prevalent on here at the moment. Yet many of those footballing sages go schtum after the latest defensive screw-up. Here's a thought: its a pity that NA and NC didnt react with the same strength and decisiveness, when it became ball-achingly apparent that our defence wasnt good enough for this level, that they appear to have when it became apparent (to them, at least) that Sharp and Gazza arent good enough for this level....
-
For all those saying Gazza is not ready, it can be argued he developed a better understanding and organisation with our defence than the other two in the limited time given to him.
-
I have pointed out the hypocrisy of some of you lot in my post, whereas you have failed to point out how I am a hypocrite. If you think making observations about my inability to attend and waist-size means that I am a hypocrite, you clearly havent the slightest grasp of what the word actually means.
-
Billy didnt do anything wrong either, except star in pre-season alongside Puncheon.
-
This was discussed in a thread last week and the strong consensus was that the club should make an approach.
-
Some of you guys just totally crack me up with your positivity-cum-delusional pompous claptrap. You sit at your keyboards, judging who is and who isnt Premiership material, and mentally discarding those who have found ill-favour with you as part of SFC history. Yet, the team left currently is f**king sh*te, and not of Premiership quality itself. We arent talking about a strong competitive team where Billy Sharp or Gazza have made screw-ups that have led to defeat, oh no, its the f**kers like Fox and Fonte that are still here that are doing that. Week-in, week-out. Yet when talk comes to them you go on about "getting behind them". Hypocritical delusional b*ll*cks.
-
This. As disappointing news as Billy going on loan.
-
Did the first flights get a lot of coverage in the media over there ? Sickening that KA114, being in NZ now and then going to the US, is so far away.
-
Oh dear.... In fairness, S-Clarke has put his hand up and admitted he over-estimated the ability of some of our players. Pity some of our other contributors dont have as much humility.
-
Yep, the whole discussion is laughable. No point with sticking with a manager for "stability" reasons if he aint up to the job...
-
Another PL game, just to see if there is a more permanent reaction to yesterdays fightback.
-
One less to screw up.
-
Its our equivalent of a Hail Mary pass - NAs job must be on the line today (though maybe J-Rods goal has saved him for yet another week)
-
Nice. Come back Billy, you can still do a job for us.

To quote the legnedary Kenneth Wolstenhome - "Its is now".
