Tuesday's matches, inc. Brighton v Reading (1945 KO)

Rhetorical question or not, it still provides you with a c*ck-swinging Über Fan moment, doesnt it ? -
I'd rather have a wet fanny than a dried up, crusty, octogenarian fanny like you, any day.

Or are derby matches so fuelled by spite that the sh*t team ups its game ? -

Why do you feel the need to jump down everyone's throats when they post something ? -

Nice to be able to sit back and enjoy someone else's team under pressure today. -
Someone needs to tell Adam that unless he is willing to start letting his teeth rot out, his Shane McGowan impression isnt completely effective...

TBF, I was expecting the ECHR to rule against us, as they almost always do on such matters. I reckon they know they've pushed the UK Government too far.
-
In terms of the bigger picture, Wurzel is spot on. But that 2005 4-1 defeat still feels like a festering sore. I wanted them annihilated.
-
Bored with the cliche, mate.

Well, he's not going to say it about us, is he ? I really feel sorry for his petty chip on his shoulder. Besides, he pay have a bit of a point. I wonder if the Wham fans have a bit of a point about us being a one-man team.
-
Its a good question. If I were them, I would still be aware of Wham breathing down our neck (all the talk on KUMB is about catching Reading, they still think they cannot reach us). So I would look to expand that gap by playing the strongest team tonight. I would think the main thing for them, like us, is promotion, not the title. Therefore I would think they want the win tonight and would be happy with the draw on Friday. Also, Brighton still have something to play for, so its going to be a tough match.

I reckon there is something wrong with the emotional make-up and depth of someone who has to characterise every bloody issue in life with statistics...

Isnt it part of the job description for the Superintendent (and above) of Hampshire Constabulary that you are a whinging beureaucratic tw*t ?

Saints / Reading / West Ham run in: Games to go . . .
alpine_saint replied to .comsaint's topic in The Saints
So if we beat Reading, and West Ham lose to Brighton, we could actually be promoted by Saturday night ? -
I know my degree isnt in medicine, but that doesnt sound quite as bad as everone was fearing. It just sounds like the end of the season might be a bit soon for him.
-
Did anybody see the incident leading to the equallising penalty ? I'd like to know if it was a dodgy one. I dont trust the FL/FA as far as I can throw them where Wham are concerned after the Tevez thing.
-
Oh, a penalty. What a surprise. Prepare for some dodgy decisions over the last 4 rounds of games.
-
So he didnt call me a numpty then ? Has he ever said hello to someone, or have you assumed its specific to suit your sad obsessed agenda ?
-
Just seen your "location". You really are a sad pathetic little c**t.
-
I dont blame him. We were w*nk against Blackpool and Portsmouth, irrespective of whether he played or not. Seems unlikely he will start on Friday, and I consider that to be a major problem. He's still our best RM in my opinion (even if that is not saying a lot)
-
You really need help with your obsessions, divvie.
-
Yep, even I would have accepted that. Wanted it the other way round though...
-
I think the people who hate Guly and boo him are arseholes. FFS, he beat Middlesbrough by himself.
-
Why do our fans do that ? We still need him to a job, FFS.

An important game and a massive result. Very, very pleased, had this one down as a banana skin. And a splendid response to the last two games of dross. Helps settle the nerves and the doubting voice in my head a bit. Fingers crossed Brum can get a point tonight, would make Wham effectively 3 games behind us due to GD, with only 4 left. Even I would fancy our chances then. Even if Wham win, they are so running out of games. I still think we wont be champions, and I expect Reading to grab the momentum on Friday, but nevertheless they've still got to win tomorrow. Champions is a bonus anyway. Well done lads for your response from the weekend. Take a day off tomorrow, imo.
