  1. I went to have a sh*t, come back and find out we have conceeded two goals. WTF is going on ???
  2. Too much left to analyse. We keep doing our thing..... FWIW, as someone as said, if we are still top after the Blackpool game, you have to fancy our chances of going up.
  3. Nike Black and Tans.
  4. Yes, but Mars is in almost the opposite direction.
  5. Away on a ski trip - coach crash. Do any of the other parents among us ever wonder when you kiss Johnny or Jane goodbye before a school trip, if you will ever see them again ? My heart goes out to those Belgian parents this morning.
  6. Definitiely something to strive towards, rather than something entirely attainable.
  7. We've reached that part of the season where the situation gets statistically analysed to death. Bottom line is its down to us. Win 6 (maybe only 5 needed if one of them is the Reading game), we go up auto.
  8. Erm, when you say you dont care much for the rest of the season, as long as your wish list of things happen, did you actually leave a lot not to care about ???
  9. Indeed. Would be almost a criminal act for us to be mugged in the last few games of the season.
  10. Nope. The match that angered me then was Walsall.
  11. Must have something to do with us taking that train picture off their hands.
  12. Rochdale were a useful team last season. Bristol City are useless c*nts followed by mongs.
  13. If Reading manage to get a result against us, the whole landscape changes.
  14. Looking at the table, it really is a 3-horse race now, maybe our nose in front. Middlesbrough still have a very faint outside chance. Going to be a sickener for the team that misses out. If we hadnt lost twice to Bristol City this would be as near as dammit to being over.
  15. All fair points. Actually, come to think of it, why is it so important to us ? Its' not like we will ever get above mid-table mediocrity with associated thumpings (received and, less frequently, given). Are SFC fans ready for all the fun to disappear out of their football, and all the money to disappear out of their pockets, again ?
  16. Caught Jupiter & Venus tonight, even though we had a little bit of thin cloud cover to start with - amazing, like something from a sci-fi movie. Couple of hours later was even better. As suspected, Mercury was not visible.
  17. I think this is entirely possible. As an added bonus to them, I wouldnt be surprised if the FL/FA/PL(especially if WHU are 3rd) jumped on the slightest lack of professionality of the club or stewards, or on the (over-)reaction of our fans, to stop us from being promoted. Someone wrote on here a week or two ago that he heard the police wont let the game happen because of expected trouble. I reckon banning away fans wont work; they will just get on trains or drive 17miles to turn up outside mob-handed.
  18. Yes, thanks for pointing the mistake out.
  19. Christ you are such a mong.
  20. After what happened at the weekend, it really is time to come home. The US will never properly punish that soldier, thereby giving the world the instant reminder that the US sees their people as superior to the rest of us (think Gulf War 1 British Warrior friendly-fire deaths and A6 intruders knocking down Italian cable cars of German skiiers), and the whole country is going to ignite like you would not believe. The British Army is going to be f**king stuck with no large-scale exit route, meaning another bloody Dunkirk with the soldiers running for their lives and leaving all their equipment (billions of pounds of it) behind. No wonder the Government is getting pushy about transit negotiations with the various ex-Soviet republics for the offical pull-out date of 2014.......
  21. Yep, its all they have left. If they go sliding into League 1 at the end of April, possibly even facing oblivion, that journey will feel a helluva lot nicer for them if they prevented us from getting promoted with their dying breath. I'm thinking Khan Noonien Singh at the end of Star Trek 2.
  22. So when does PFC resign its position from the League due to the shame brought upon the League and the Sport by it ?
