Yes I did. I'll hold my hand up to that. And I am delighted I was wrong. BTW, it wasnt a prediction, more of an impression.

In a few weeks time we may find out that our inability to do against Bristol City, what West Ham almost managed to do tonight, will cost us another season in this damned second tier of football, and consequently may cost us all the quality from our squad for next season.

Lol. Very good CB Fry. You know what I meant. The only time I remember us frequently turning games around was under WGS.
-
No we havent. Have we come from behind once to win this year ? Fought our way back to an even standing then ruthlessly turned the screw ? Last year at least we had that memorable MK Dons game.
-
Why cant we do this in games ?
-
On Saturday, yes. Yesterday ? Deinfitely not. Not the first time we've had a lapse and thrown away 2 points this season.

Sign of a team that has the will to get promoted; can claw its way back from any situation.

You really are turning into a snidey insufferable know-it-all, do you know that ? Hillarious considering the way you used to be.

Because something happened or because its West Ham ??

The disgraceful way we treat our soliders

I havent stated any facts to exaggerate. But yes, my reaction to this article is wholy negative. I dont like hearing about our men flying around in planes being held together by supaglue, tin foil, chewing gum and a ball of string. The MOD has previous for this; the Nimrod that went down over Afghanistan just after refuelling in 2006. Those Tristars are older than me, FFS. -
OK, so its James Blunt, who is a f**king sh*te singer, but this article is very powerful and made me really angry. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/uknews/defence/9126091/James-Blunt-Britains-failure-to-get-troops-into-battle-is-pitiful.html

Still a long way to go though.

FWIW, we are bound to have one more cluster-f*ck somewhere, so we also need one rabbit-out-of-hat. In which case I reckon we are looking at the blue few as the cluster-f*uk (for me that's written in the stars, just like Nugent scoring for Leicester) and Middlesbrough.
-
Well, you've included Ipswich in your 17, so that means 82 points total, which I reckon means 3rd place.

Reading 10.03.12 - Leicester City (H) DRAW 13.03.12 - Doncaster Rovers (A) WIN 17.03.12 - Barnsley (A) WIN 20.03.12 - Peterborough United (A) DRAW 24.03.12 - Blackpool (H) DRAW 31.03.12 - West Ham United (A) LOSE 06.04.12 - Leeds United (H) WIN 10.04.12 - Brighton & Hove Albion (A) DRAW 13.04.12 - SAINTS (A) DRAW 17.04.12 - Nottingham Forest (H) WIN 21.04.12 - Crystal Palace (H) DRAW 28.04.12 - Birmingham City (A) DRAW 19 points, which would put them 1 point behind us, but I am not confident of my Leicester prediction. Their run-in does look a bit trickier than ours. WHU 07.03.12 - Watford (H) 10.03.12 - Doncaster Rovers (H) 17.03.12 - Leeds United (A) 20.03.12 - Middlesborough (H) 24.03.12 - Burnley (A) 27.03.12 - Peterbrough United (A) 31.03.12 - Reading (H) 06.04.12 - Barnsley (A) 09.04.12 - Birmingham City 14.04.12 - Brighton & Hove Albion 17.04.12 - Bristol City (A) 21.04.12 - Leicester City (A) 28.04.12 - Hull City (H) Having trouble seeing them dropping any points at all, to be honest.

Is "bore" your new Vogue word ? A pity you resort to abuse, I've always treated you with respect.
-
West Ham have matched that record Reading have bettered it. Hence the worry in these parts currently.
-
Meaning we need 6 wins and 2 draws. maybe a draw less if one of the wins is Reading. Gonna be tough. No margin for error. If we had beaten Bristol City at home and not conceeded against the blue tw*ts, we would have been needing about 5wins.
-
But we didnt. We did the hard job then fluffed our lines on the (relatively) easy part, as only Saints can. As a two-game block it looks neutral, but as a single stand-alone game it was a f**k up. I know the season is 46 games long, but we had a seriously dodgy 15-or-so in the middle that is costing us big time.
-
Not close enough to the action to observe a specific issue, but I will ask nevertheless: Considering the squad at his disposal, is NA really making the best use of it ? People are talking about the players looking knackered, and ineffective or plain incorrect substitutions, a lot at the moment. I know this is the typical "armchair punditry", but it has still got me wondering. Oh, at this stage of the season and with so much a stake, dropping 2 points at home is hard to excuse or tolerate.

In your opinion.

In your opinion. I understand its an uncomfortable subject to confront.
