I thought Hammond a good signing. And I still do. However, it is worrying to hear that a Colchester fan asked a Saints fan yesterday about what the f**k we've done to him.... And I am wondering if this doesnt apply to just him. Rickie Lambert seems to be going backwards fast too...

Sorry, I saw Schneiderlin start the game against Brentford, and he didnt exactly boss it. And after all, its the midfield that is causing our problems.

I disagree. The club nearly folded this year. The fans attitude is different. But we've had 8 matches this season, have been able to spend some money, and have an experienced management in place. It may be a little early to start moaning, but WHEN is not too early ? Even without the -10 points, we'd be bottom.

And EVERY season, the club gets a clean slate from the fans (an even cleaner one this season - 10,000 STs in less than a month) but still lets the fans down.

I am far from convinced by Schneiderlin. Pretty touches mean nothing if they dont lead to anything. I reckon Rudi Skacel had more impact on the team than he does.

I can see both sides of the argument - the patient and impatient. The patient side is my head, the impatient side is my heart. The frustrated, impatient side of me came out yesterday. We played a team down to 10 men for an hour, and couldnt even create decent chances as they tired. The patient side of me is a bit more in control today, but dammit, why do other teams seem to respond to new management and new players a helluva lost faster and more markedly than we do ? There is a f**king MALAISE and MENTAL BLOCK at SFC, and considering the board, team management and players have all changed, I dont have a f**king clue what is causing it.

I agree with the comments that we have to get rid of the remaining losers from last season. Those kids arent good enough, and they are dragging the team down.

Was the same in both games I've seen.
