  1. We have no evidence whatsoever that the problem is the -10, and not some back-door method that the lawyers have spotted for the FL to make it -25.
  2. What the f**king hell is the matter with you ???
  3. I would agree with you if I were certain that the process of signing the appeal wavier does not also infer some sort of "signed confession" by which we expose ourselves to the risk of further points being deducted regarding the CVA issue.
  4. Its even more worrying than that. I read on here that because SFC didnt go into adminstration, it cannot provide a CVA. Only SLH can and they no longer exist. The FL rules state that any club that cannot provide a CVA gets more points docked. So SLH goes into admin, SFC gets points docked. Because SFC didnt go into admin, it cannot provide a CVA, so gets more points docked. What a cluster-f**k....
  5. People were laughing at Leeds because they are an unlikeable team with unlikeable fans, no other reason. We would have laughed if their entire squad gave each other genital herpes.
  6. Yep. If we lie down and accept the -10, we are opening ourselves up to incurring the -25, simply because we are accepting the legitimacy of the premise we have been punished under. How do we know Pinnacle arent happy to accept the -10 but are worried about an impending -15 ??
  7. So what ? The club hasnt broken any rules. And the FL has gone back on his own comments about the right of appeal. Sorry, but the likes of Malwhinney and Scudamore are running football like personal fifedoms.
  8. Looking at how we've been jerked around by the FL, and the way Sentanta's desperate efforts to avoid going under were torpedoed by the PL when everyone else was willing to support and wait for a takeover and re-negotiation, isnt it time the ultimate authority for football in this country DO SOMETHING to protect the integrity and future of the sport here ??
  9. Not much, in all honesty. But for the first time, I am beginning to doubt that this will go through.
  10. Hang on, are some of you saying that if Pinnacle accept the -10 and sign away theit right to appeal, they open themselves up to an additional -15 because under the same structural relationship between SLH and SFC, SFC cannot agree to a CVA for an administration period relating to SLH ? What a f**king joke. What a p*sstake by Malwhinney What an inspired idea that was from Roopey-Toones..
  11. LOL at the description of Rupert Lowe.
  12. He has been posting persistently and negatively about any SFC ownership that hasnt involved Rupert Lowe. Even a stopped clock is right twice a day. I dont accept parallels being drawn to Michael Wilde buying in and eventually taking over. It's b*ll*cks. Pinnacle have convinced the administrator, MLT, and we are led to believe the FL, that they have fit and proper persons with the money behind the bid. Wilde faced NO tests as to his suitability apart from the (flawed) judgement of Mary Corbett, Pat Trant, Leon Crouch and Lawrie Mac, and he certainly didnt show the colour of his money. So, do forgive me if I feel that, when a tin-pot businessman and second-rate chemist doesnt havea good feeling about things and wants to take the opportunity to swing his dong a little bit to demonstrate his self-acclaimed business nous, I dont reckon it amounts to a great deal except self-aggrandisment...
  13. The stakes are much, much higher this time round. We either put our faith in a rich benefactor like the one behind Pinnacle, or we cease to exist nex month probably. Do I really need to remind you that we dont have much choice, and *****ing about it is counter-productive ?
  14. Aye, that's possible, I suppose. Not used to SFC chairman being convinced of something, sorrry..
  15. Aye. Some of our "fans" are arrogant w**kers.
  16. R, who gives a shiiite really who it is ? The administrator is satisfied that whoever it is has the funds, and MLT has been convinced the person has the welfare of the club at heart.
  17. What sublime arrogance. Have you forgotten he got Leicester out of this division at his first attempt ? I dont beleive the story because MLT was critical of Pearson's appointment at SMS.
  18. Another hit-and-run trolling thread from GM. What a surprise. I really wonder what his agenda is. He must be a Skate, or someone in serious need of attention and TLC...
  19. TLs latest update is somewhat reasurring. I would suggest the hysterical speculation stop for the time being.
  20. Most likely the FL. Small chance it means Jackson Very outside odds it means Rupert Lowe
  21. What rules have we broken ? You are beginning to sound like an attention-seeking stuck record like GM, do you know that ?
  22. I thought he had the best interests of the club in mind ? Destabilising the Pinnacle bid is NOT the best interests of the club. If he had said "no" to Fry during this alleged contact this week, maybe minds would have been a bit more focussed on completing the legalities of the Pinnacle takeover. I am starting to get irritated by Jackson. Why couldnt he keep his damned mouth shut for a few more days ??????
  23. Wow. An interesting angle. The FL are basically in a lose-lose situation if this pans out like this. Maybe they should have not gone forward with all the Rambo punitive punishments in the first place.
