  1. This thread is just separated stuff from another thread. Feel free to discuss rape, wife eating or whatever you like, just keep the others on topic and civilised please.
  2. Whatever Tesco have done to their self service checkouts, which makes them sh*t themselves when I try and put a plastic bag in the bagging area.
  3. Just PM each other this crap.
  4. Okay, now it’s really funny.
  5. Why even use VAR if you’re going to ignore what’s right in front of you on the screen? Funny seeing angry Scousers but seriously...
  6. Give it a rest with the, "*made up nonsense* - according to some," posts. It's becoming very tiresome.
  7. This will probably come down to 1% of the fans at 1% of the games in England. 0.01% is hardly indicative of an ingrained problem.
  8. Cahill may have been okay for a short term fix but he's 34 in December, wanted a 2 year deal and pretty hefty wages (which is a serious issue for us right now). Plus he may or may not have wanted to stay in London. Wanyama is way over the hill with injuries and isn't worth a punt. No denying we're weak in other areas but we badly needed a striker. When Ings was injured last season, we were hopelessly lacking up front.
  9. VAR at the moment is like buying a car, driving it into a wall and then complaining that it’s the worst car you’ve ever owned because the steering is bent and the engine won’t turn over. I was astonished when that David Silva penalty wasn’t given at Bournemouth. How anyone can watch a replay of that six times and not realise it’s the most blatant stonewaller ever I’ve no idea.
  10. Not really, we've been capable of clangers at home to average teams since time immemorial. We lost at home to Cardiff under Poch, Swansea under Koeman and Bristol City when we got promoted under Adkins. All four of those teams are better than Sheff U, Brighton, Burnley and probably Wolves.
  11. We've played Liverpool, Man Utd, Chelsea and Bournemouth. I'll start making statements like that after we've played Brighton, Norwich and Newcastle. 7 points from 4 games away to our rivals is decent whoever you are.
  12. Can't say no to a point on the road I guess.
  13. Ah, there we go.
  14. Moi has scored, so maybe it’s a day for odd things to happen???
  15. Here please. Nuns at the ready, we're going to need a bit of luck.
  16. I make that five consecutive managers who've given him a run in the side and then dropped him. The alternative to the players you've mentioned are the likes of McC, Danso and Armstrong. Arguably worth a go but I wouldn't call it a howler not playing them.
  17. Looks a bit limp up front, I guess we’re just trying to cover our defensive frailties with numbers. What’s the betting we concede a free header from a set piece and all the defenders are just stood looking at each other.
  18. TBF most properties in Nottingham are in disrepair.
  19. Yes it is, "a bit rich," I can't argue with that.
  20. They're like Siamese fighting fish. Can't keep two in the same tank.
  21. I'm not sure what point you're trying to make, you seem to be flipping continuous between, "this isn't right," and "why would someone want to kill him." No, it isn't right but I can see why a violent criminal would want to administer vigilante justice to a man who has sexually abused children.
  22. Where is RMB? Can Ward-Prowse play there?
  23. A quick glance at their squad (assuming wiki is roughly up to date) and all but three of them are based in Europe anyway. Wouldn't have been surprised if their FA had laid on charter to somewhere central and well connected, like Amsterdam or Frankfurt, the morning after the game. Glad he's back though. I got it the wrong way around earlier, if he's coming westbound he'll be wide-awake at 5am anyway.
