What an awful 2 yr deal that seems now. When I saw him in preseason I got that sinking sensation, in that he looked nothing like the version of the player from the dyche moyes days. Getting him temporarily off the books would at least be a start.

Honestly thought he was pretty solid yesterday. He's not worth the fee we paid for him but few of our players are. Just needs lots more aerial delivery into the box.

My point is Armstrong getting far more opportunities to be awful. i do agree today’s options are particularly bad. I even think Ballard is unfortunate to not even make the bench considering the attacking injuries.

So was Armstrong, who has been repeatedly poor.
