DO NOT TRY AND TURN IT ON OR CHARGE IT Ok is it a 3 or 4 ? if its a 4 then remove the rear glass, two small screw next to the docking port TS1 driver The back slides up, when thats off you will see the battery and several ribbon connections to the top. its easy to remove the battery from there, leave it for a while in a warm place, if you give it a gentle shake you might get a few drops of water from around the midframe, if so keep drying it until they stop. There is a very small moisture detector next to the battery, plus another one near the docking port, I guess as its been swimming its a no **** sherlock moment. Check the top ribbon connections for any sign of damage, salt water is a killer replace the battery and cover. see if it will power up, if not " I will offer you £50 now to buy your old iphone PM if you need anymore help

There are plenty of kits out there. I would suggest you also replace the battery at the same time, the 3 is a bit tricky but there are plenty of vids on the web to help you along the way. If you get stuck PM me I will point you in the right direction

It probably is I went to look at 07 Passat this morning, it was priced at 4k all seemed good, mileage was just over the 100k Drove fine, plenty of poke in it, everything worked fine, interior and exterior were all good, engine sounded sweet. I was just about to shake on it, but thought I would do an HPi check and have a think on the way home. HPi states last recorded mileage 04/11 was 163000 !! Mmmmm so what's happened in the last 14 months So yes get your cars HPi checked

I know a few that will take this up, as stated above its a good way of entertaining clients and staff.

I am lucky my kids will eat most foods but my eldest will not touch baked beans, my son hates mushrooms, my twins anything spicy. But put a slab of horse meat or a bowl of mussels or Crayfish on the table and its gone.
