I thought that too. And to think I've been taking it easy with you because I thought everyone must have a nutty old grandad like Franks Cousin.
-
You miss the point NC. By boycotting they contributed to Lowes exit from SMS. The jobs a good'ne:)
-
**** Luton

Wolves average less then that and they are top of the league. Birmingham City average less too as do most of this league. We have only won 4 (four) games at home all season, and lie second from bottom and you think 23K is a bad turn out????????????????????????????????????

Saints 2 Fulham 1. February '76.
-
No we don't NC. We need Leon Crouch and deep down you know it. And in time you'll except that.
-
For my money we have had two 'must wins' this season, Forest and Charlton. Both played infront of good crowds 26k and 27k and both lost. Whatever happens Monday, ( and i'll be there hoping for a win) will be too little too late I'm afraid. I would urge any part-time supporters to go however, not only because the club needs the money, but just to be able to say "i saw the worst Saints team in 60 years".

I can't believe how many people think DMG is worth keeping. He is 5Hite and would be whatever league he plays in. Anybody who comes along and wants to take him off our wage bill we should bight their hand off. Not that anyone would. Most managers know you can't polish a turd.
-
The only ones i want to see at the club next season are Gillet and Davies. Davies will go anyway,so that just leaves Gillet. I hope Crouch is involved somewhere in running SFC. I hope to god that waster McGolddrought f's off.

Yep, all aboard for a trip into the unknown reaches of Division 1. Unless Lowe makes a come back in which case you can forget it.

David Hughes Testimonial 26th April, a few old faces will be there
docker-p replied to exit2's topic in The Saints
Once again for the hard of hearing. I don't doubt Hughesy is a good guy. I don't doubt he has done a great job for Eastleigh. What I'm questioning is.. 1. Why he is more deserving than anybody else. Have a charity game and give the money to a Cancer charity or similar. 2. Eastleigh FC motivation for the game. Are all the profits from the bars etc etc going to 'the cause' or into EFCs coffers, who are always keen to make money off of Saints fans. 3. Why in Saints darkest hour, a Saints web site has as it's top post a promotion for David Hughes and EFC? But you're right about one thing, this kind of post is ruining this site. It would be far nicer if everyone simply agreed. -
Well I've stuck with Saints through thick and thin for 35 years but if Lowe comes back I'm gone for good. End of.
-
Nothing scientific, but of the people i talk to i have yet to meet anyone who thinks we would be in the relegation zone if NP was still here. Only a handful of posters on here. The all too vocal minority.
-
Based on the 'AmesburySaint' system I would give it a huge 0 (zero)

Hmm. I think this is more about Eastleigh FC promoting Eastleigh FC than anything else. If anyone has got a spare £5 i think Saints current need is greater. -
Yes it is, and yes we all do.

LM can treat me as a dumb fool as much as he likes, he won the FA Cup.
-
OOooohhh so close nineteen. You nearly got a post in without mentioning or alluding to LC or LM. Keep going to the therapist and try agin next week.
-
But you miss the point NC, or are too warped in anger to see it. What does it matter what LM knew of the fiscal situation if he had no possible way to alter it??? Lowe Wilde Askham etc etc held the reigns!
-
Don't start Pilsbury. Get back to your Cider.

I'm not trying to belittle DH. And I don't know what his circumstances are. But all things being equal, if i don't work the bills won't be paid and within a few weeks I'll be bust. And I expect that the same for most on here. Why does DH qualify for charity?? And a sticky on a Saints site? -
At least I will sleep well tonight, not only for the '04 Lafite I've just enjoyed, but knowing LM's picture will soon be hanging again in the board room.
-
Like it matters what LM was aware of. He couldn't affect the situation one way or another with what 0.1% share holding? And as he had no access to the day to day running of the club, yes i do believe he didn't know how just how perilous our situation was under Lowes miss-management
-
Exactly. Let this site be a meritocracy. If it's worthy it will swim, if not let it sink.

Did you own any shares in SLH Nineteen? Have you lost them all now? But Rupes is still King eh? Do you have pictures of him next to your bed?
