    Israel

Seeing as Palestinians and other Arab people's are Semitic, are the Israeli policies towards them 'anti-semitic' ?
  2. As has happened, the new ball might give a better chance of getting a wicket but can also lead to more runs conceded as it comes off the bat quicker.

Ukraine's army chief has a new badge on his uniform..... This is the way.
  4. From the HoC debate on the Privileges Committee report ; Harriet Harman has told the House that she was concerned about potential bias in her appointment, although nobody in the House objected at the time she was nominated. She contacted the Government side to say she was willing to stand aside, if necessary, and was assured that they had complete confidence in her.
  5. Will the selection of Bairstow as WK cost the match ?
  6. We are showing a worrying tendency to throw wickets away. Surely some degree of common sense has to be inserted into the Bazball philosophy.
  7. 6 years on from the referendum; "More than a quarter of patients on antidepressants in England - about two million people - have been taking them for five years, the BBC has found." https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-65825012

  14. Warrior, whilst I appreciate the basic sentiment, if you can't contribute with something approaching a sensible and less abusive comment, please back off. You are dragging down other posters who wish to continue to question the situation, but want to do so using a little less venom and bile.

    Coronavirus

573 people who were multi-multi-millionaires already, increased their wealth by a few percentage points. Whilst, no doubt, they benefitted from the economic forces at play, they didn't reach that milestone from scratch.
  16. We have a wicket keeper who really isn't, and a spinner who hadn't played first class cricket for 2 years, and now looks like he might not be available to bowl in the 2nd innings.

Russian government spokesman says that as Ukraine is now heavily dependent on Western weapons Russia has effectively acheived it's aim of 'de-militarisation'.
  19. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-65931161 "The cost of borrowing for the UK is now higher than it was during the post mini-budget panic over the fiscal credibility of the Truss and Kwarteng administration. " "Some insiders, such as the former top civil servant in the Treasury, Lord Nick Macpherson, have expressed concern that stubborn inflation will now require the Bank of England to raise rates enough to cause a pre-election recession." "As the National Institute of Economic and Social Research economist Jagjit Chadha puts it, the Bank's miscommunication of its rate rise strategy risks "needlessly increasing the probability of recession". As GM might put it, "Oops".

    Coronavirus

But why ? What did the WHO expect to gain ? Why were Global leaders around the World so willing to follow the WHO's edicts ? Is the WHO just a front organisation for a secret global Government ?

    Coronavirus

Come on, try to answer the questions ; Who planned, initiated, and controlled the Global imposition of lockdowns ? Who had the necessary influence over so many disparate political regimes ? What did they expect to gain from doing this ?

    Coronavirus

You have not answered the question, merely posted up something that confirms what we all know. What did they expect to gain from imposing the lockdowns ? ( Remember, this was not just the UK, but practically every nation on the planet ),
