Take it up with Mark Drakeford.

You are getting as lazy as DellDays was. "Fines will be handed out to employees in Wales if they're not working from home with good reason. From Monday, workers will receive a £60 fixed penalty notice and companies hit with fines of £1,000 every time they break the rule." https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-wales-59741680 "Further to our long-standing advice for people to work from home wherever possible, from Monday this will now be a legal requirement to work from home unless there is a reasonable excuse not to. "We expect employers to take all reasonable steps to facilitate home working and provide employees with the support they need."

The Welsh Government are proposing fixed penalty fines for people who don't work at home.

They're probably just dogging.

Or as Have I Got News For You put it on twitter, people will have to wait a little longer to completely ignore him.

Silverwood said that when you pick a team "....not everybody will agree with you". His problem is that he picked a team that nobody agreed with. When Ollie Robinson was reduced to bowling off-spin things dissolved into farce.

Would the Police record a victim with female genitalia as a man if he requested it ?

It was reported that 7 of the 11 that started the first test were playing their first match in Australia. The obsession with targetting the day/night matches, two out of the five, was ridiculous. It is all well and good to think that bowling with the pink ball under the lights favours our quick bowlers, but there is no guarantee that England would be bowling for the one session each day, let alone have a ball in suitable condition.
-
How do you think the victims will feel ?

Several Police forces in the UK have announced that they will record rapes as being carried out by women if the attacker insists on being identified as such, even if they have male genitalia.

According to Andy Saltzman in this calendar year England have had the worst record ever in terms of average runs scored by the fall of the second wicket in Test matches. Only the fact that Joe Root, coming in at #4, has the fourth highest individual total of runs in a calendar year has kept things from being truly appalling.

Heard a doctor talking on the radio talking about the conflict of conscience she felt treating a patient who had come to A&E with Covid but had not been vaccinated because it is a hoax.

The United Kingdom and the Death of Boris Johnson as we know it.

Boris is clearly taking the electorate for mugs. Then again, given many of them voted for him the empirical evidence is plain to see. -

There is one major problem with Angela Raynor demanding that the Prime Minister "tell the truth" about the garden party essential work meeting - he doesn't understand what "truth" is, and finds it impossible to speak it. -
I just heard on the radio news that civil servants are coming up with three options for further covid restrictions. I suspect they will be something like; Option 1 ) Christmas parties restricted to 30 people in each room of the office suite. Option 2 ) A restriction of 20 people in each room. with others joining a quiz via Zoom, whilst the boss and his mistress 'get it on' further along the corridor. Option 3 ) Weather permitting, a garden party with unrestricted numbers in groups of 6 when seated around tables, or unlimited numbers standing around together with drinkies and nibbles.

And replacing Brexiteer Lord Frost as our negotiator with the EU we have.....Remainer Liz Truss, a Foreign Secretary who barely knows where 'foreign' is.

From the BBC " Culture Secretary Nadine Dorries has been kicked out of a Conservative WhatsApp group after urging MPs to show the prime minister "a bit of loyalty". Messages shot around the "Clean Global Brexit" group - made up of over 100 Tory MPs - following the resignation of Brexit Minister Lord Frost on Saturday. After claims his exit was a "disaster" and a "hammer blow" for Boris Johnson, Ms Dorries called the PM "a hero". But former minister Steve Baker removed her, saying: "Enough is enough."" -
Was that in theLeave.EU "manifesto" ? Perhaps that should have been put on the side of a bus. Edit: putting "Tax cuts for the rich in the ( vain ) hope of trickle down benefits under an economic model that doesn't work" might have been a tight squeeze, and a more difficult sell.
