The United Kingdom and the Death of Boris Johnson as we know it.

https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-60957670 ".…...one former insider told the BBC they had heard junior members of staff had been fined, while senior staff had not, and that this was "disgraceful"." "One other government source said police had targeted "low-hanging fruit", and another agreed this appeared to be the police's approach." "Civil servants have not been provided with help for legal costs and are being advised to pay any fines they receive, while senior staff and politicians have paid for private legal advice" -
"The Russian media regulator threatened Wikipedia with fines Thursday of up to 4 million rubles (about $49,000) if it doesn’t delete information about Russia’s invasion of Ukraine that diverges from the Kremlin’s version of events, in the latest attempt by the Russian government to clamp down on the media and restrict what the Russian public knows about the war." "The Russian media censorship agency Roskomnadzor demanded the volunteer-run online encyclopedia take down any information on the invasion that is “misinforming” Russians, according to a statement." "Roskomnadzor didn’t detail in the notice what information it was referring to, but Russian Wikipedia editors told Vice earlier this month that Roskomnadzor threatened to block Wikipedia for including information from the Ukrainian government on Ukrainian civilian and Russian troop casualties in its “Russian Invasion of Ukraine” Russian language entry." https://www.forbes.com/sites/dereksaul/2022/03/31/russia-demands-wikipedia-take-down-information-about-ukraine-war/?sh=6064aa866f2c

Just watched the latest Picard episode - surprised to see that the space mission in 2024 is using the same computer safety software used in the Apollo missions - "We have a 1202 alarm....".

I have seen discussion that says it cannot be a false flag operation because it was carried out without collateral civilian deaths.

Just warn them that in 20 minutes time a snow plough will be deployed to clear the road, and anybody refusing to get out of the way does so of their own volition and with full knowledge and acceptance that they are responsible for the consequences.
-
I wonder how many of them drove to the protests.

But the destruction of Mariupol is being done by the Ukrainians, Russian state media says so. ( And according to Russian Law, censorship is illegal ).
-
The Russian Central Bank is artificially boosting the currency and controlling trading activity to create an illusion of strength. Interest rates are high, and likely to go higher.

Having to create accounts on TV catchup sites for channels that I can already watch on TV for free without any authentication.

And there is the problem; Putin needs something he can spin as a win. A neutral non-aligned Ukraine gives him that, but without territorial gain would he accept ? If he does gain territorially then his aggression and destructive vindictiveness is justified, and just like Hitler he will be emboldened to look for his next target.
-
There is no way Ukraine would settle for anything short of the pre-war borders and returrning to the Minsk agreement over Donbas, and the West will continue to support it to that end.
-
If they were serious why didn't they, "in the spirit of trust", announce a ceasefire in Mariupol ?
-
Given the Ukrainians have started pushing them back anyway Russia will relocate whichever units in the North are still in best shape to Donbas to reinforce their operations there. "Drastically reduces" activity around Kyiv and Cherniyiv whilst at the same time improving their chances of achieving their #1 war aim - full assimilation of Donetsk and Luhansk.

And in WW2 we flattened every town and city in Germany, to such an extent that Bomber Harris ran out of targets. However, we are in the Here and Now, and for some reason you consistently try to justify the Russian invasion.

A punch from the man who played Muhammed Ali, I would hope so.

Chelsea 9-0 Leicester Ignore that it is WSL and just enjoy the scoreline.

Employment rights first. Most people wouldn't notice the HRA being undermined, ERA affects them directly every working day. -

You obviously don't have the faintest idea of how a teacher's working week pans out, and how many hours it requires. Your post is typical uninformed reactionary tripe. -

Headline on the BBC; "England schools set for minimum week length in new rules". Is there nothing this lot won't interfere with, surely 7 days is settled and accepted as the appropriate number ? -
It's pure Putin propaganda and forms one part of his baseless justification for the atrocities now being enacted at his behest. Whilst I can accept the Daily Heil feels justified going after HB as he is seen as a legitimate political target for the right wing press, linking the tenuous HB story to mythical Ukrainian biological weapons is beyond where I would even expect them to go. It's SKY Australia territory.

Vladimir Putin shows up in one of the Moscow's primary schools. After the welcoming ceremony there is some time for the students to ask the President a few questions Little Sasha stands up and says: I only have 2 questions: 1. Why did Russia take over the Crimea? 2. What are Russian soldiers doing in Ukraine? Before Putin was able to say anything the bell suddenly rang, and all the students went for a break. After the break, when everyone was back, a different student stood up and said: Dear Mr President, I have only four questions: 1. Why did Russia take over the Crimea? 2. What are Russian soldiers doing in Ukraine? 3. Why did the bell ring 20 minutes early? 4. Where is Sasha?

A guy is walking down the street in Minsk, the capital of Belarus very close to the protests when suddenly a police car full of cops pulls up. The cops jump out of the car and start beating up the guy. The poor guy then yells: "No, please, stop! I voted for Lukashenko!" One of the cops then responds: "Shut up, liar! No one voted for Lukashenko!"

Does anything in there disprove the given 'facts' that the laboratories were working on pathogen containment and threat reduction from potential bioweapons ? If you don't investigate how they are created and deployed, how can you counter them ? Keep digging, Putin and Trump would be proud of you.

From snippets I have read the "Foreign Legion" fighting for Ukraine includes a full battalion of Americans operating alongside another full battalion of Canadians, there are upwards of 600 Swedish fighters, several Danes and Finns, and even a member of the Latvian Parliament.
