Just had a run in with Parking Eye regarding a 'double dip' visit to the services on either side of the M61 at Rivington - the first stop was for 20 minutes at the northbound services and the second 7 hours later at the southbound. However, they claimed £100 for overstaying by 5 hours at the northbound; we provided evidence of a payment made at the southbound and they backed down. ( We didn't get to play our ace - on Sunday we did a recce and found that the ANPR cameras on the 2 exit roads are on different sides of the road, so the exit image on their penalty notice, taken from the driver's side of the car, could not have come from the northbound exit, where the ANPR is on the passenger side ).
