  1. 9/10. Maybe my time at KES wasn't completely wasted.
  2. The only thing more fishy than the phew - Fleetwood Town's mascot, Captain Cod.
  3. Agreed - 3 points is the #1 priority.
  4. But you have told us ad infinitum that if we had 39 we WOULD DEFINITELY go down.
  5. This. As has been said by several others, we seem to have become 'shot shy' in the last few weeks, ( possibly a lack of top level experience leading to some 'jitters' ), but other than the WBA game, we havn't been playing badly. Also, the improvement in players such as J-Rod and Steve Davis is very encouraging.
  6. woot !!!!!!!
  7. There's still a good possibility that we'll finish 11th. If we beat Stoke and Newcastle & Norwich both fail to win, ( if Reading could also beat WHU we'd finish 10th ).
  8. Because if they do, and we draw today, Villa would finish below us.
  9. That means you expect Wigan to beat Arsenal. If they don't then the net GD switch from us losing our games, plus Wigan beating Villa, ( having drawn at the Emirates ), has to be at least 12, that's three 4-0s.
  10. If you are a tenant it might be wise to check the T&C's regarding the use of the space, there may be a clause about cars having to be legal for road use.
  11. I would think not, as I suspect the car park is a 'public' road. 'Off road' means exactly that.
  12. Whilst most of what she says is ******, there is an interesting question regarding the age of consent - why is it lower in most of the rest of Europe ? Is their attitude towards the sexuality of children, and approach to preventing the exploitation of minors, different to ours ?
  13. The age of consent across much of Europe is less than it is in the UK. What they also have in place are sensible laws protecting children from exploitation, and also protecting teenagers from being persecuted for curiosity. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ages_of_consent_in_Europe
  14. As it stands, if Newcastle or Norwich had 37 points, ( or even 36 ), they could well end up being safe on that total.
  15. Because Wigan could still finish on 35.
  16. Sorry, I missed the sarcasm emoticon from my post, which was aimed at the '39 will get us relegated' crew.
  17. No, just realistic. Unless Wigan win @ Arsenal, 39 will ( barring a 12 goal swing in the GD ) be safe. And that's without considering Norwich or Newcastle
  18. Getting closer - unless Wigan win at the Arse, we will almost certainly be OK, even wthout another point. ( unless we can throw away a +12 GD advantage )
  19. Surely that's not possible, we might only have 39 points.
  20. With Wigan losing at full time however.......
  21. There's a chance it'll snow on Mayflower Park on August bank holiday Monday, but it's not likely.
  22. It is entirely possible, however so is Sund 0 Saints 3 and Arse 4 Wigan 0.
  23. Is it right that Cuellar and Larsson now have 5 yellow cards ?
  24. But do they have a pet Dalek ?
  25. 1) Cortese is only answerable to the Leibherrs, your opinion on his decisions counts for nowt 2) Cortese has overseen our rise from near liquidation to the Premier League, and we still have our destiny entirely under our control 3) Sharp is not, and never will be, a PL striker
