So far one of our better away performances which is encouraging. Hojberg is looking a bit off his best and think Davis in for him would tighten up our midfield and give us more attacking threat immediately.

Clattenburgs attitude in this game is very cynical.

Fonte has always enjoyed the derbyesque games, probably seething about it.

Agree with this, and is exactly what my Everton supporting mate says. He described the way they play as frustrating football, that they play back and forth around the attacking third with no movement or runs being made. Ring any bells? I think part of Puels system issue is that we need to re-educate the team on making attacking runs and pulling defenders around as it was absent for a season and a half except on the big occassions. We only seem to regularly see this kind of movement from Redmond and Boufal which is why Puel is adamant to play the former.

Still debating whether or not to watch this... I've had this one marked down as a loss since about 5 games into the season. But my predictions are still wrong far more often than I am right.

Nothing has changed at all though. The same sad tarts are picking their new hate target while most people just accepted with Pelle as with our current players they are not perfect at everything. This season Redmond is well in the firing line.

I'd suggest he wasn't awful at holding it up based on what i'm seeing this season. But them flick-ons were pretty tasty... well 1 in 10 anyway.

Now this may just me being suspicious but is that not just a plain white t-shirt with some heat sealed stickers on it?. hmm... Its almost like what we are used to, but not quite as good, and overall much more boring to look at. The third kit is a bit dull too... badummsh. I'll get my coat.

Okay possibly my mistake on the ban, but you haven't just changed username because Heisenberg is a new account and your post count and join date makes this obvious, and as you say you have been posting for 10 years... Lol i really don't understand why everyone always wants to blame him for everything it's really wierd. The bloke rarely gets plaudits for the good things he does and then gets knives like above for fairly little. Definitely some proper Psychos out there.

Inevitably he spreads himself so thin and gets overly cocky, that eventually the mods have good enough reason to act on it again. He gets account banned pays another £5 and starts yet another new account. Bloke must be one of this sites main financial contributors. He has even admitted he is the same guy as Glasgow early into his new avatar. Only thing I don't get is why the mods don't ban him quicker so they make even more money out of the chump.

I think most would be happy if we simply tried to play more positively.

Players who were good last season are not performing as well this season. Negative Players who didn't get a look in are playing this season and look better. Positive We have performed much better in the cups. Positive Youth players are getting a chance and impressing. Positive The football is dull to watch. Negative The tactics to win away from home appear to be missing. Negative. Our home form is very good on the whole. Positive Puel isn't great at interviews. Negative. Puel doesn't sensationalise to the press or make outlandish promises he can't keep. Positive. We are getting good results against Title contending teams. Positive We are losing or drawing to sides at the bottom of the table that we should be beating. Negative. Still more positives than negatives as I can see, but maybe I've missed some. I don't see how he can be credited with the defence as that hasn't changed since end of last season where it was as solid if not more.
