  1. SuperMikey your moral integrity cannot be doubted but where everyone live? What about food security? water? What will they all do; over supply of labour will push wages down and unemployment up. What about services? What about pensions? We are an Island.
  2. No you are right Thorpey, your indepth knowledge of small towns and villages enables you to make such a judgement - and you are right to call all people in these villages and towns racist. Do you work for Gallup or Mori? It must have been difficult living with all of these 'uneducated people' (bit wurzel were they?). You must have loved the pub quizzes in Langley...... 'and the winner is..... ......Thorpey again!!! He is so clever and we are all so stupid. oh arhhh bet hes in that Mensa!'
  3. I hate sterotying people Thorpe Le Saint. You clearly do not live in a small town/village area if you think that these people vote for the BNP. I think it is appalling you can label a community in this way. The BNP strongholds are areas in industrial towns and cities where mass immigration has diluted local local identities causing resentment. That is why the BNP are a threat to Labour not the Tories. Your small towns and villages may be radical and vote for UKIP. BNP vote is not concentrated enough to generate seats. There only chance is Barking where Grifin is standing I think.
  4. Anarchy seems a pleasant alternative to the police state that we have now. We are watched every where we go, freedom of speech gone, this banned that banned; luckily no ID cards yet. I can just see the Labour Stasi; 'your papers please'. Who do we vote for to get our freedoms back?
  5. Very cliched question that Andy. It implies that how you vote is a gauge for how you are as a person. That is utter tosh as the expenses scandal has highlighted. Brown would get more votes if he behave like Berluconi;
  6. There will be no winners whoever wins. Politicians see this as there career and do not enter politics out of a sense of passion or duty. I think all politicians should have to have worked in the real world for fifteen years before being eligible.
  7. We have more finacial muscle than Celtiv nowadays
  8. Very sad. We take Firemen for granted sometimes; until moments like this.
  9. You seem to think it is a choice between trading with the EU or not trading with them. It is not. The EU should be a valuable trading block helping with negotiations. Unfortunately it is a bureacratic nightmare that cannot even sign of its own accounts. It also generates so much red tape that our economy becomes uncompetitive.
  10. I think SuperMikey you might want to chop 10% off the LD.
  11. They did mind at the time we betrayed them. Why not trade with everyone? Why the EU obsession?
  12. We shafted all our allies in the commonwealth when we joined the EU. Left them high and dry. We would still trade with the EU. We would just be far more flexible to cater for the rest of the world. I expect you are relieved that we did not join the Euro. The whole country needs to be seen as a business and we will succeed globally.
  13. Where have all our allies gone? Do you not think that we would not have trading agreements?
  14. Why not? With 60m people we are not realy a small Island State; people want to trade with us. Have a little pride in this wonderful nation.
  15. Well obviously. New York and then London. The Swiss are very self interested so I agree the country is well run.
  16. Sickening. The enthusiasm is quite chilling.
  17. There are considerably more Billionaires living in the UK. I think you will find that London is the 'hub of the financial world'. Although several attempts have been made by our friends the Germans and the French to move the financial centre of Europe to Frankfurt.
  18. What makes you think that the EU wants to stop trading with us? You are very naive if you think that the EU will want to miss out on our business. I suspect that a new trading agreement would be drawn up that would suit us more. The Swiss thrive because they are not in the EU.
  19. We in the South of England bankroll much of the UK and just cop grief from everyone else. Sadly if we did vote it would jsut be another meddling tier of bureacracy!
  20. I can see why those on the payroll get stick but the DJ is one of us and if he was ****ed good on him. It was a day out and he acted in good faith. Saintkiptanui when you get a little older and become less conscious of image and what music people see you listening to then you will discover that Status Quo are actully quite entertaining. Rocking All over the World becomes and anthem after 5 or 6 pints.
  21. I don't think that Thorpe Le Saint is a racist but he can somtimes be rude.
  22. So its OK to discriminate against a nation; discrimination is OK under certain criteria. I feel that all prejudice and bigotry is wrong and that there may be some hypocrisy going on here. So you can refer to Japanese people as 'nips' because it is a nation? I am sorry but the left are so self righteous that they should sometimes look in the mirror. Personally I will have a pint with anyone if they are good company.
  23. Arizona I think you are right. It is still however discrimination and any discrimination is abhorrent.
  24. He was photographed in the Sun quite recently walking down the street.
  25. Come on Thorpe Le Saint the context in which you used that derogatory term for an American, implied there was something wrong with being an American. Now whether you like it or not that is racist and I found it very ironic that while berating somebody else for showing favour to the BNP you showed the classic symptoms of bigotry and prejudice. Unless of course there are acceptable forms of racism?
