  1. Will be purchasing tonight. Pretty excited to be fair.
  2. Downing has been utterly brilliant this season, so no surprise there. Be good to see Bertrand in there but he is still a few places behind.
  3. This all feels a bit desperate now Noodles. Just admit you over-reacted and were wrong. If you do that, Turks has nothing to go on. If you don't this will continue ad infinitum. That's my rule - if people are big enough to admit they were wrong, I no longer give them ****. If they're too proud to admit they wrong, on a messageboard, then they deserve all the **** they get.
  4. High five mate. Here's to being right for the next few years!
  5. So after another couple of weeks of this issue, I am now widening our dropped kerb and putting in a double drive this will mean I can actually get into my drive, and i will also put gates up which means they can no longer use my drive to turn around in. 1 positive at least, shame it's going to cost me a few grand to be free of this 'nuisance'.
  6. Pretty much. I'm just gonna park them all down my road permanently...
  7. That's a shame, I really like the 8 Series and SL's, although certainly sounds like you know your stuff. Even the 106 Rally-E's are about £4k. I guess I've already missed the boat on quite a few of these...
  8. Yeah, the 205 and GTI are already on their way, as is the Corrado to a degree (found a 1996 one for £12k!!). I guess the M3 Evolution maybe, I remember wanting one of them. I think for a lot of them I have missed the boat. Trying to fins a stock Scooby or Evo is nigh on impossible!!
  9. So I am looking at buying a few 'future classics' for a long term investment, and wondered if anyone had any suggestions? They need to be available for less than £5k. The ones I am currently looking at are: BMW 850 Mercedes SL500 1992-2000 VW Corrado VR6 Nissan 300ZX
  10. Exceptional is a bit hyperbolic don't you think? He was good, no better than Billy Sharp for us when we got promoted though, and not as good as Austin, Vokes, Gestede, Deeney, McCormack or Matt Smith according to WhoScored. So signing the 7th best striker from the Championship. Meh.
  11. Don't rate Ings myself - have seen nothing to suggest he is actually any good, and if he wasn't a Saints fan most of us would be like "what the actual ****?".
  12. We didn't start off with 100 million though, the figures aren't that big.
  13. We don't have money burning a hole in our pocket, but I am sure there is some money there for one or two. The most important for me are getting Bertrand and Alderweireld signed up permanently. Jay Rod is a weird one as we don't know how he'll come back. I would support selling him and bringing in Shaqiri, that's for sure.
  14. Fairplay man, you seem to be right so far. Think it's good that you're rightly being congratulated for sticking your neck out and turning out to be right. Looking very prescient at the moment.
  15. In fact: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-1388470/Jamie-Redknapp-Relegation-hurt-terrible-injuries.html
  16. Not true. So not true. I met him a few years ago and he said it was the worst moment of his career by a mile, he was absolutely gutted by it. Judge his dad all you want, but Jamie is a genuinely good guy, who really tried his hardest for us.
  17. Show off...
  18. I would ****ing ruin her...
  19. Not many submarines in Camden Lock mind...
  20. I disagree about the Stoke game. N'Zonzi took the shot early and hit it pretty well, and he was also a bit unsighted, and the shot could not have placed it any further into the corner. I feel much safer with him in goal than Boruc, who you never really know if he's going to make the right decision.
  21. I was thinking of doing that now too.
  22. Have you never felt like stabbing him in the face? I know I would.
  23. Haha, yeah whatever man. NFL certainly ain't boring. Baseball can be, I'll agree with that.
  24. You would if you've watched him pitch the last few years.
