Southampton's academy team could play in the EFL Trophy next season
nta786 replied to SuperSAINT's topic in The Saints
Nope I disagree with this, this is a trophy for a L1 and L2 side, shouldn't take that Wembley opportunity away from them. Plus, would Wembley be packed to see, say, Man U U21 vs Chelsea U21? If anything, the Prem should put that £1m bonus in anyway- only thing I agree with. -
I'd buy him just so I can abuse his pace on FIFA
-
Well we're with them for 7 years... better get used to it!
-
because he doesn't have a fancy foreign name/the media really holds back English managers and players alike back in 2001 when Valencia finished 5th, they hired Rafa Benitez, the man who had promoted Tenerife from second tier football. So what happened that season? Valencia won the La Liga title.

Felix Magath. I think it's him- the mystery man.
-
Didn't he also score like 6 penalties?

Southampton Football Club can confirm that Juanmi has completed a permanent move to Real Sociedad for an undisclosed fee. The 23-year-old signed for Saints last summer, moving to St Mary’s from Spanish club Málaga. The Spain forward made two starts and 17 substitute appearances during his time on the south coast. He now returns to La Liga, joining a Sociedad side that finished ninth in the table last season. Southampton Football Club would like to thank Juanmi for his time at the club and wish him well for the future. ............. Good luck to the bloke, worth a punt with signings like these, always is, you never know who you might unearth I thought he would come okay after his assist to Long in Europa League game, guess not, but good luck to him.

But that doesn't stop Koeman from becoming a villain, the defectors thread adds a new name, one we all least expected.

Saints announce Virgin Media as new main club sponsor

I had one bloke near me put headphones in and listen to commentary for the whole match, and did it every time. -
https://www.grandoldteam.com/forum/threads/ambitions-for-next-season.88979/ So what do Everton fans define as ambition- quite hilarious that 44% of them want top 4 and cup success regularly (or better!!!) and around 21% want to win the PL With Lewis Dunk and Scott Dann, Everton should win the league with a canter.
-
Also have to say, hope we put in a sell-on clause of 30%+ if possible, the 2.5% for Bale was paltry, but given the situation we know why it was low.

The second Ali Dia.

VirginMediaCorporate @VirginMediaCorp With #SaintsFC we'll deliver a number of fan initiatives so watch this space for more good news. #WeMarchOn (link: http://bit.ly/SFCVM) bit.ly/SFCVM Hmmm virgin sounding better and better -
Well if you want success then I would not mind, means we are doing well. What we want to avoid is sacking someone, that sort of dismissal would be worrying.

6 europa league games = 6 games on sundays = higher chance of game on tv IF we are up against a big team, sorry everton -
'Is that what you rate Koemans tenure here? I thought he would have done better than that'

Well done Saints! Now let's hope UA's first kit is good too and we have players worthy enough of wearing our shirt -
Anyone think it'll be a 6pm prime time announcement today? Just want it over with now

To summarise: Agent A has missed out on a big payday.

http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/everton-considering-brighton-defender-lewis-8137195 Everton's latest transfer target :lol: http://www.evertonfc.com/news/2016/06/08/what-the-papers-say-8-june And the funny thing is they genuinely post these stories on their OS I can't wait for them to smash the glass ceiling into a thousand pieces with Scott Dann and Dunk at the heart of it all

Pulling off another 'poch' will be ridiculed by everyone on here in the beginning because 'we hired a nobody'... Followed by alpine's b&b comments, not to forget lack of ambition and daleks relegation comments... Saint Charlie will say 'it is very disappointing to have a nobody after Koeman and Poch (who ironically himself was a nobody in England when we got him)
-
I'm expecting a Lallana 'post something on back page of Echo' style with regards to comments about us... Undermining it with the word 'ambishon'.
-
:mcinnes: :lol:lol On second thought let'em come here haha. Lukaku is better than Pelle yes, I would rather have him BUT fonte/vvd have been much better than stones this season, but he does have potential and davis is our unsung hero, and very underrated by others...

I'd say sitting in such an iconic dugout was the pull.

Tbf, I've screenshotted the guy banging on about dugouts and matchday programmes  But when every other post is an everton fan i'd rather see what we think then what their arrogant faces do...
